The Property

Balegia Apartment 4 is a fantastic property for groups of 8 guests, a modern alpine apartment in Lech that provides brilliant access to the resort and slopes, as well as use of a wonderful shared spa area with swimming pool. The 223m² luxury apartment also features four stylish bedrooms and a spacious open-plan living area.

On entrance to Balegia Apartment 4, you follow the main hallway to an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. A central column houses an open fireplace, nurturing a cosy atmosphere to contrast the chilly winter landscape outside. On one side of the fireplace sits a generous lounge area, complete with a sumptuous golden sofa and a collection of rocking chairs that invite you to unwind after skiing. To the other side of the fireplace column, you'll find the apartment's dining space and fully-fitted modern kitchen - perfect for hosting the whole group when you aren't out exploring a taste of the best restaurants Lech has to offer. Two lengthy balconies lead off the main living areas, where gorgeous views of Lech's mountain peaks can be spied over the top of the resort's chalet buildings.

Balegia Apartment 4 sleeps 8 guests across its four luxurious double bedrooms. Each bedroom has an individual yet similar style, utilising plush furnishings, bright, white walls and wooden flooring to form a contemporary alpine suite. The master bedroom benefits from a cosy seating area, as well as its own sauna situated in the master bathroom. The other three bedrooms all provide the flexibility of double or twin beds, making this Lech luxury apartment a great option for mixed groups of friends.

Guests staying at Balegia Apartment 4 will also have use of a wonderful shared spa area, offering a sumptuous space for relaxation to return to after skiing in Lech. The spa is spread over two levels, with the main highlight the indoor swimming pool, surrounded by a champagne lounge area and heated stone seating. You'll find a soothing Jacuzzi hot tub outside on the terrace, with a massage room, changing room, and tea bar also located across this lower level. On the upper floor, a well-equipped chalet gym and yoga room is the perfect space to cool down after skiing, with a sauna, relaxation room, and roof terrace rounding off the facilities.

Additional shared facilities in the residence building include the reception area, staffed across select hours of the day, and a shared ski room with boot warmers and lockers for your skis. Additionally, the apartment can be accessed by an elevator. There are private laundry facilities and one outdoor parking space available too.

For larger groups wanting to be close to each other, Balegia Apartment 3 (sleeps 8) is also available for rental in the same residence building.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 8 guests on a self-catered basis, to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.

The apartment is also available on a bed and breakfast basis with daily continental breakfast, daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
