Lying in an accessible location in resort, the Brunnenhof residence presents one of the top luxury ski residences in Lech. Compiled of 14 stylish purpose-built ski apartments, each one poses a suitable offering for a variety of group configurations, with the additional benefit of rejuvenating shared wellness facilities. Brunnenhof 13 is a spacious, alpine chic apartment that accommodates for 8-10 guests. Found on the residence's third floor, the property spans 133m² and showcases an alpine chic design, with open-plan living areas that are perfect for entertaining.

Featuring alpine wooden chalet interiors, and partnering these with sumptuous furnishings, Brunnenhof 13's homely, open-plan living space has everything needed for a self-contained stay. The spacious layout offers plenty of room for everyone to relax. Tucked into the corner, the plump L-shaped sofa invites you in from an exciting day on the mountain, its matching armchair also stands ready to embrace tired bodies. The log-burning fireplace glows at the bottom of a central column, ushering heat into the room. Next to it sits the grand wooden dining table, where hearty meals can be indulged on by 8 guests. The fully-equipped kitchen has lots of space, and is open in design, for social cooking preparations. Opposite, a bar area encourages cocktail mixing to be enjoyed by the fire or on the balcony via the French doors.

In total, Brunnenhof 13 sleeps up to 10 guests across four rooms. All bedrooms continue the alpine chic style, with raw wooden interiors that are decorated with plush fur throws and pillows to wrap into. The master double bedroom also benefits from a beautiful skylight, to watch snowflakes fall the moment you open your eyes, and a desk to catch up on any missed work. Two further doubles feature, as does a quad bunk bedroom (sleeps 4) which is perfect for families or groups with children.

In addition to the privacy of your own luxury ski apartment in Lech, guests staying at Brunnenhof 13 have access to a selection of exceptional shared spa facilities. Perfect following a tiring day on the mountains, the Brunnenhof residence's serene wellness area features a large indoor swimming pool, sauna, Hammam and loungers, to fully relax and recover for upcoming ski days.

For convenience, the apartment also benefits from a shared ski locker and one parking space for self-driving guests. There's elevator access into the apartment too.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 10 guests on a self-catered basis, to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
