The Nidus residence is a collection of five spacious, private luxury ski apartments in Lech. Located in the heart of resort, they propose a fantastic option for a luxury ski holiday in Lech for families and friends, with great accessibility to the nearby ski lifts and central amenities. The Nidus Penthouse is a prestigious five-bedroom alpine residence sleeping up to ten guests. Designed and furnished by a leading interiors specialist, it showcases traditional vaulted wood ceilings, rich fabrics and extravagant comfort.
The main living space in Nidus Penthouse is a spacious yet cosy environment, perfect for post ski recovery with a hot chocolate, and equally suited for entertaining with a bottle of fizz. A dark wood vaulted ceiling covers the open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen areas creating contrast with the lighter more colourful furnishings, like the welcoming corner sofa waiting to catch weary bodies after your day adventuring around the mountain. By the sofa are two Ottomans bound in a lavish floral fabric, and in front of the flickering fireplace sits a timeless wooden rocking chair. Another standout feature is an elegant telescope which you can use for stargazing at the stunning skies above Lech. The dining area bridges the space between the lounge and the fully equipped kitchen, its long wooden dining table seating ten guests, great for evening meals in with family and friends. Glass doors usher natural light into the apartment and open onto the balcony, where you can appreciate the premium penthouse views out on the snowy Lech valley.
Recover your spent legs in the penthouse's sauna, which can be found in the master bedroom's en-suite, let the heat workout any tight muscles keeping you in top condition for tomorrow's new expedition around the Arlberg ski area.
Nidus Penthouse's bedrooms are styled similarly to the rest of the penthouse with luxury fabrics and dark woods, some of the rooms also have the traditional vaulted ceiling creating a haven of alpine comfort to ensure an undisturbed night's sleep. The master double bedroom has a stylish modern en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and the previously mentioned sizzling sauna. There are three double/twin bedrooms, two of which share a shower room located between the bedroom's doors, and the third shares a shower room with the children's bunk room.
For convenience, Nidus Penthouse is accessible by the building's elevator. Guests have access to a shared ski room with boot warmers, within the Nidus residence building, to ensure your equipment is ready for the mountain. For self-driving guests, an underground parking space is also available.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 10 guests and is offered with full staff services including a professional chef, hosting/housekeeper team, and in-resort shuttle service. Food and drink is to be charged in addition.
The apartment is also available on a self catered basis with daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.

Nidus Penthouse is well positioned for your luxury ski holiday to Lech, not far from the lifts and resort's amenities. For skiing, the Schlosskopf chairlift is closest, found an approximate 2-minute drive or 9-minute walk away. The Schlegelkopfbahn chairlifts are also 2 minutes by car, as are both the beginners' slopes and the Rüfikopfbahn gondolas. A ski bus stop lies a 5-minute walk away for easier transport around resort.
The centre of Lech lies a 1-minute drive or scenic 11-minute walk from the Nidus residence, where you can enjoy a selection of bars, delicious restaurants and shops. For non-ski activities in Lech, sport.park.Lech is a multi-sports complex found right beside the residence building.

With a range of service levels to suit your needs, including a number of additional add-ons, you can tailor your holiday how you see fit, giving you the time to make the most of exploring the resort and spending time together in your luxury alpine home for the duration of your stay.
As part of the catered classic service, guests can choose between two food and beverage packages during the pre-arrival stage of their booking. Both packages offer the same high quality of food, using locally sourced, seasonal produce, and a menu tailored to your group's preferences, dietary requirements, and wishes. The main difference between the packages available is in the quantity of food, which is reflected in the cost.
The Adventurer Package is for those who enjoy relaxed evenings without distraction and long days on the mountain. Each morning, a continental breakfast will be laid out for you, providing the necessary fuel needed for a full day on the slopes. In the evenings, a two-course menu is available, with hearty main courses and a choice between starter or dessert.
The Alpinist Package is for those guests who prefer a little more service to their mealtimes, and appreciate a generous evening meal as prepared by your excellent chalet chef. Each morning, a continental breakfast will be served by a host, providing your fuel for a day exploring the mountain. In the evenings, your mealtimes will open with a canapés selection, followed by a delectable three-course meal, where you can take your time over dinner and regale over the day's events.
On all food and drink packages, soft drinks are included as standard. You can then opt to have alcohol for an additional cost, with a selection of wine, beers, and spirits available, with the amount and cost dependent on the number of adult guests in your group.
This luxury apartment comes with the use of a shared shuttle service. Operating between the hours of 8am-11am and 3pm-6pm, the service is on hand for drop-off to and pick-up from the slopes and chalet only. On the staff nights off, this service will also be available for restaurant drop off and pick up until 10pm.
Available for a self catered luxury ski holiday, you can expect daily housekeeping services to keep the luxury property in spotless condition all week. The property will all be set up ready for the week ahead with the finest linen and towels and luxury bathroom products, and towels will be changed halfway through the week.
Should you desire, this property is also available on an accommodation only basis. Perfect for groups who want total privacy and freedom on their ski holiday, you will be left to your own devices without the services of staff, although you can still expect your luxury apartment to be well set up ready for your arrival.
