Chalet Austria is a luxury chalet in St Anton, consisting of 3 luxury apartments: Apartment Antoinette, Apartment Alexandra and Apartment Soline. With space to sleep anywhere between 22 and 30 guests, this chalet is perfect for large family gatherings and corporate groups.
Chalet Austria features an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area on three of its levels. The style of the chalet is delightfully charming, full of traditional Austrian influences and classically furnished. Weathered wooden interiors, vintage armchairs and authentic stove-style fireplaces all contribute to the charm of Chalet Austria. All three dining areas feature banquette seating, allowing for sociable mealtimes where you can catch up on the day's ski adventures. A well-equipped kitchen is on each floor, one of which is closed off, allowing for the group's designated cook to expertly prepare evening meals on nights where you choose not to take a trip to some of the best restaurants in St Anton. The top floor living space leads off to a balcony with a great view of the slopes, with the ground floor opening out onto a terrace and a small, snowy garden area.
The lower ground floor of Chalet Austria includes a designated spa area. A relaxation space with wellness shower features both a sauna and a Hammam, giving a nice selection of revitalising wellness treatments, ideal for unwinding after a busy day of skiing in St Anton.
On the top and middle floors of Chalet Austria, separate to the main living spaces, you will find dedicated TV lounges. Homely spaces brimming with character, these are a great place to enjoy a quiet moment of relaxation, whether with a film, book or drink.
Chalet Austria has a staggering 13 bedrooms, offering the capacity to sleep between 22 and 30 guests. 11 of these are double bedrooms, 8 of which can be split as twin rooms, with another two bunk bedrooms sleeping up to 4 adult guests each, making this a brilliant option for corporate retreats to St Anton. The bedrooms feature an authentic, pleasant and cosy style, similar to the rest of the chalet, providing that genuine Austrian feel. All rooms come en-suite, with either a bath or shower room, and several offer access to either the chalet's terrace or a balcony, where you can enjoy lovely mountain views surrounding St Anton.
For your convenience, an internal elevator services all floors of the property. There is parking outside available for up to 5 cars, and laundry facilities too. The three apartments that make up Chalet Austria also have access to a ski and boot room where you can store all your equipment for the week.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 30 guests and is offered on a self catered basis with daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.

Please Note: When taken individually, Apartment Soline is also available with full staff services including a professional chef, hosting/housekeeper team, and in-resort shuttle service. Food and drink is to be charged in addition.
Chalet Austria is a collection of three luxury apartments, located in the same building in the exclusive Nasserein neighbourhood of St Anton, moments from the lifts.
A 1 minute drive, or 4 minute walk from the chalet, will bring you to the Nassereinbahn cable car, as well as a couple of drag lifts with some beginner pistes. With good snow conditions, good skiers can ski off-piste back to the chalet.
3 minutes in the car will bring you to the centre of St Anton, with a good selection of restaurants, bars and some shops waiting to be explored.

Available for a self catered luxury ski holiday, you can expect daily housekeeping services to keep the luxury property in spotless condition all week. The property will all be set up ready for the week ahead with the finest linen and towels and luxury bathroom products, and towels will be changed halfway through the week.
Should you desire, this property is also available on an accommodation only basis. Perfect for groups who want total privacy and freedom on their ski holiday, you will be left to your own devices without the services of staff, although you can still expect your luxury chalet to be well set up ready for your arrival.
