The Property
Chalet Illimani near St Anton is an elegant family mountain retreat, housing up to 8 adults and 4 children across 5 bedrooms. Combining traditional Tyrolean craftsmanship with luxury and elegance, you can feel the relaxing atmosphere of Chalet Illimani from that first step inside. This exclusive chalet retains that traditional Tyrolean feel, while keeping everything you'd need from a modern family chalet.
Chalet Illimani combines traditional alpine style interiors with a touch of elegance, displaying original wooden beams and authentic Austrian furnishings. As you enter the chalet, you are welcomed by the spacious living area, with an adjacent connected dining room and kitchen. Plenty of windows allow for natural light to seep through and liven up the atmosphere of Chalet Illimani. Find a comfortable seat from Chalet Illimani's collection of sofas in the living room and take a breather by the warm fireplace. Kick your feet up as you decide on whether the group is going to have a home cooking session or venture out to a local restaurant to taste the local cuisine. If you do choose to eat in for the night, make use of the convivial dining room table, and start your pre-dinner drinks as the group's nominated chef begins their work in the kitchen. Take some time to marvel at the snowy views from the terrace accessible from the living room; a warm glass of mulled wine and a spectacular view, nothing quite beats it.
You may find yourself in need of a therapy session after a full day on the slopes of St Anton. Step into the sauna and sweat out the fatigue, and you will come out feeling refreshed and ready for your next day of skiing. If you're in need of some deeper R&R, the massage room is readily available to help with any muscle therapy needed. If there is any time left before dinner, take the kids to the games room fitted with a ping pong table, an excellent way to expel any leftover energy for the day.
The 5 bedrooms of Chalet Illimani, sleeping up to 8 adults and 4 children, follow the traditional Tyrolean design of the chalet, sporting the same interior as the living spaces. Most bedrooms also showcase vaulted ceilings, giving a more spacious feel. The top floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, sporting en-suite facilities as well as its own private balcony, where you can enjoy an evening glass of wine and impeccable views of the Arlberg valley. All remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two double bedrooms also have shared balcony access, a wonderful spot for your morning coffee. The first of these 2 double bedrooms has a large walk in wardrobe as well as its own fireplace, ensuring your toes stay warm and toasty during your stay. The further double/twin bedroom and the children's bedroom share a large family bathroom.
For your convenience, a ski room with boot warmers is available for guest use as well as laundry facilities. Garage and outdoor parking is available for guests to use (3 spaces).
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and is offered on a bed and breakfast basis with daily breakfast, daily housekeeping, and driver shuttle service to and from the slopes.

Location
Chalet Illimani is nestled in a coveted location in the picturesque village of Pettneu am Arlberg outside of St Anton. The chalet is located at the edge of a forest in a quiet sunny spot facing the Hoher Riffler mountain and overlooking the village.
The dedicated driver service will take you to and from the St Anton lift stations, which are a short 8-10 minute drive from the chalet. The closest lift station to the chalet is the Nassereinbahn gondola, providing access to the main ski area. There are also nursery slopes here for beginners. Slightly further along, the Galzigbahn is another main gondola that takes you into the heart of the Arlberg ski area, while across the village the Rendelbahn lifts give you access to the slopes on the other side of the valley.
The bars and restaurants in the centre of St Anton are a 10-minute drive from the chalet. You also have a local selection of restaurants within Pettneu am Arlberg, about 10-minutes walk away.

For generations, this dedicated team have felt at home as a family in St. Anton. Following the family tradition, their enthusiasm for skiing has not diminished and has continued to spread through the generations. They now want to welcome you to the mountains, to experience the delight of the mountains in the Arlberg all year round. They hope that you too will feel the special atmosphere, where tradition and modernity complement each other so well.
When taken on a bed and breakfast basis, guests will be welcomed onto their luxury ski holiday from the moment they step foot into the chalet. Upon arrival, you will be met and greeted by the chalet host to start your holiday in the best possible way. Prior to your stay, and whilst you are in resort, the concierge team will also be on hand to respond to any additional arrangements you require or any queries you may need assistance with. To fuel your days on the mountains, a daily continental breakfast will be served and provide you with the energy needed for long days skiing. Daily housekeeping will be conducted, as well as a mid-week towel change and end of stay clean, to ensure your property is kept in a clean and tidy manner upon your return each day, and for the duration of your holiday. In addition, bed linen, towels and luxury bathroom products are also supplied. For those on a luxury family ski holiday, a baby cot and high chair can be provided if required.
In addition to the services included in the bed and breakfast package, taking this chalet on a fully catered basis provides the ultimate chalet experience. In addition to the meet and greet by your chalet host, guests will also get to enjoy a welcome Champagne drink. Every morning, guests will still enjoy a full spread continental breakfast, to provide the perfect start to your day in the mountains and the energy needed before a hard day's skiing. Upon your return from the slopes, tea, coffee and cake will await your arrival in the chalet, to help warm up any frosted fingers and supplement the group's after-ski conversations. In the evening, a three-course dinner will await any deserving post-ski appetites, serving hearty Austrian and international cuisine. Daily housekeeping is also included within the service, to ensure a tidy chalet awaits your return, as well as a mid-week towel change and end of stay clean. Luxury bath products will be found in every bathroom of the chalet. If required, equipment for the little ones, such as a baby cot and high chair, can be set up to make sure everyone of all ages enjoys their luxury ski getaway in St Anton.
Guests can make use of the complimentary driver service, taking guests to and from the ski lifts in St Anton. For added convenience, guests can make use of the complimentary ski storage space at the Nassereinbahn ski lift.
