Chalet Maria Schnee is a luxurious 550m² seven-bedroom chalet in St Anton, with an authentic alpine touch. Over its four floors it can sleep twelve to fifteen guests, it has a gym, sauna and children's playroom/TV lounge making it a great choice for a luxury family or corporate ski holiday.
Chalet Maria Schnee has an inviting, authentic Austrian alpine feel, thanks to old wood flooring, classic artwork and some traditional taxidermy displays. The homely open-plan lounge and dining area has wood panelled ceilings and a large central fire, creating a cosy atmosphere that flows seamlessly, while the space is neatly divided into three corners. A lowered lounge area provides comfy seating to come together for casual conversation and a warming drink after skiing. To the left of the fire, you will also find a library area which has large doors out to the terrace, creating a light space perfect for casual reading. The final space is the elegant dining area, which can seat up to 12 guests, where you can enjoy long meals into the evening, telling tales of time on the pistes. There is a separate kitchen which is a generous space with central island and a breakfast table, which could be perfect for a kid's supper set up.
For fitness focused guests, Chalet Maria Schnee has a designated fitness space on the lower ground floor with free weights and equipment to help burn off the holiday weight before you put it on. After a session in the gym, revitalize your body in the chalet's sauna, sure to work out any tension built up from your day on the slopes of St Anton.
Also on the lower ground floor is the TV lounge/kids' playroom, with sumptuous seating and a projector screen it's perfect for a movie night in the chalet, or for a kid's hangout to tire them out before bed. Whilst the children play, the adults can huddle in the schnapps snug found on the staircase to the top floor for an evening digestif.
The seven bedrooms of Chalet Maria Schnee are all spacious and furnished with inviting beds to hold you as you restore your energy for tomorrow's new mountain adventure. The master bedroom is graced by views of the valley through large bay windows, as well as having access to a shared balcony on the top floor of the chalet, it also has an exquisite en-suite bathroom that looks out on the mountains. All the bedrooms have either an en-suite or a private separate bath or shower room. Ideal for younger guests, there is a dormitory style bedroom with three separate beds, and also a bunk bedroom sleeping two guests.
For your convenience, guests have access to one indoor and two outdoor parking spaces during their stay, as well as use of the laundry facilities and a cosy ski room with boot warmers to keep all your ski gear secure.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 15 guests and is offered with full staff services including a professional chef, hosting/housekeeper team, and in-resort shuttle service. Food and drink is to be charged in addition.
A catered service upgrade is available for an extra cost, to include a dedicated in-resort driver service and 2 days of ski instruction; please enquire.
The chalet is also available on a self catered basis with daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
Chalet Maria Schnee sits in an enviable raised position in the exclusive Nasserein area of St Anton, with views down the snowy valley.
The nearest ski lift is the Nassereinbahn gondola, which is a 2-minute drive, or a 7-minute walk away, transporting you to the expansive Ski Arlberg ski area. There is also the Nessereinlift for beginners to learn and practice their turns before heading further up the mountain. Nesserein is one of the best areas in St Anton for beginner skiers.
Chalet Maria Schnee is a 17-minute stroll through the snow to the centre of St Anton, where you can experience the electric après-ski scene as well as a host of fantastic restaurants and shops. Alternatively, it's a short 4-minute car journey.

As part of the catered classic service, guests can choose between two food and beverage packages during the pre-arrival stage of their booking. Both packages offer the same high quality of food, using locally sourced, seasonal produce, and a menu tailored to your group's preferences, dietary requirements, and wishes. The main difference between the packages available is in the quantity of food, which is reflected in the cost.
The Adventurer Package is for those who enjoy relaxed evenings without distraction and long days on the mountain. Each morning, a continental breakfast will be laid out for you, providing the necessary fuel needed for a full day on the slopes. In the evenings, a two-course menu is available, with hearty main courses and a choice between starter or dessert.
The Alpinist Package is for those guests who prefer a little more service to their mealtimes, and appreciate a generous evening meal as prepared by your excellent chalet chef. Each morning, a continental breakfast will be served by a host, providing your fuel for a day exploring the mountain. In the evenings, your mealtimes will open with a canapés selection, followed by a delectable three-course meal, where you can take your time over dinner and regale over the day's events.
This luxury chalet comes with the use of a shared shuttle service. Operating between the hours of 8am-11am and 3pm-6pm, the service is on hand for drop-off to and pick-up from the slopes and chalet only. On the staff nights off, this service will also be available for restaurant drop off and pick up until 10pm.
At this signature luxury chalet, you also have the option of upgrading from the catered classic to the catered luxe service. When upgrading to the catered luxe service, guests will enjoy a number of upgraded and additional services. You will now have extended use of an in-resort driver service. Running from 8am to 8pm, you will have your own dedicated chauffeur, whilst between the hours of 8pm and 1am, this changes to a shared driver service. This chauffeur service makes it easy to get from your chalet to the slopes and back, as well as explore all that the fabulous resort has to offer. You will also have use of a highly qualified ski instructor, on hand to provide complimentary ski instruction for the first two days on the mountain. They can act as everything from a mountain guide to show you round the ski area, be on hand to help improve your technique, or take the kids off for their first ever lesson.
When taking the catered luxe service, guests can choose from either the alpinist package or the pioneer package. The Pioneer Package is for groups who see food as essential a part of their luxury ski holiday as they do the skiing. For those wanting to enjoy memorable meals together and plenty of downtime, this is the most complete catered offering. Each morning, you will be treated to a cooked and continental breakfast offering, setting you up for the day in the best way imaginable. On return from skiing, afternoon tea will be waiting for you to snack on as you enjoy après ski time together back at the chalet. In the evenings, canapés will be followed by a delightful four-course menu of delicious meals, ones that are sure to last long in the memory even after your luxury ski holiday has come to an end.
On all food and drink packages, soft drinks are included as standard. You can then opt to have alcohol for an additional cost, with a selection of wine, beers, and spirits available, with the amount and cost dependent on the number of adult guests in your group.
Available for a self catered luxury ski holiday, you can expect daily housekeeping services to keep the luxury property in spotless condition all week. The property will all be set up ready for the week ahead with the finest linen and towels and luxury bathroom products, and towels will be changed halfway through the week.
The concierge service is there to help organise activities, restaurant bookings both on the mountain and in resort, setting you up for the week with all your ski essentials, and generally helping organise your holiday to be as hassle-free and straightforward as possible. Additional services can be added for extra cost, including lunch in the chalet (subject to availability), grocery delivery, spa and massage treatments, and more.
