Ultra modern and luxurious, this designer home is perfect for groups of 14 people looking for a luxury ski in, ski out chalet holiday in Whistler.
Featuring large, open-plan living spaces and floor to ceiling windows throughout, this enchanting property provides the perfect treetop shelter from the snowy flurries falling outside. After a long day on the slopes, the cosy living area will welcome you back into the warmth of Serenity Estate. With exceptional mountain views, large fireplace and high quality furnishings, this space is perfect for socialising with the group over the day's activities.
Adjacent to the living area, you will find a kitchen and dining area, the perfect setting to satisfy your appetites after a long day on the slopes. There is a separate preparation kitchen, ideal for a private chef and chalet staff to prepare the evening's delicacies in privacy, whilst your group enjoys a glass of something nice from the chalet's extensive wine cellar. On this floor, you will also find a separate media room and a library as a more peaceful space to retreat to.
There is also an elegant study area, suitable for any guests who require to work away from home. In the evening, head downstairs to the chalet's large TV snug and games room, complete with a projector screen, pool table, mini bar, fridge and coffee bar.
After a hard day's skiing, Serenity Estate's wellness facilities will welcome you to an evening of relaxation. Soothe any aching muscles in the bubbles of the custom oval hot tub, found on the lower back terrace of the chalet. Here, there is also a covered outdoor seating area and bar with heaters. Indoors you will also find a full bathroom with steam shower to freshen and relax you after a full day in the mountains, or after using the treadmill or gym equipment.
In total, Serenity Estate sleeps up to 14 guests. On the top floor, you will find two master suites with en-suite bedrooms and floor to ceiling windows lending views of the valley, mountains and lakes. There are a further two twin bedrooms on this floor which share a bathroom. Downstairs, you will find another en-suite master bedroom, as well as a kid's bunk bedroom, making this property a suitable option for a luxury family ski holiday in Whistler.
The ski locker and boot dryers are humidity controlled to prep your gear for the next day of adventures, The chalet also has a garage and laundry facilities for added convenience.
The prices are based on exclusive use of the property for up to 14 guests. Daily housekeeping, end of stay cleaning and a chalet host are mandatory services and are charged at a supplement of CA$ 4,600. Taxes not included.

Serenity Estate is located in the prestigious Kadenwood neighbourhood - offering Whistler's most rare and exclusive luxury properties - boasting a prime ski in, ski out position onto the Kadenwood piste.
The Creekside village shops and restaurants are just a short 4 minute gondola ride (or 228 vertical metres/749 feet) away - a private gondola exclusive to Kadenwood's chalet owners and guests. The Creekside Gondola, with access to the Whistler ski area, is also located in the village.
