The Property

Serenity Estate more than lives up to its name, a luxury chalet in Whistler offering groups of up to 14 guests a serene location surrounded by forest, which also has ski in/ski out access to the slopes of the Whistler-Blackcomb area. This sleek, modern home has an abundant 650m² of space, alongside a great range of features and facilities, including an outdoor hot tub.

Serenity Estate features large, open-plan living areas, with floor-to-ceiling windows throughout; this enchanting property provides the perfect treetop shelter from the snowy flurries falling outside. After a long day on the slopes, the cosy living area will welcome you back into the warmth of the home. With exceptional mountain views, large fireplace and high-quality furnishings, this space is perfect for socialising with the group over the day's activities. Adjacent to the living area, you will find a kitchen and dining area, the perfect setting to satisfy your appetites after a long day on the slopes. There is a separate preparation kitchen, ideal for a private chef or personal staff to prepare the evening's delicacies in privacy. The property benefits from a sheltered terrace with a firepit, a great space to unwind after skiing while enjoying the crisp mountain air.

After a hard day's skiing, Serenity Estate's wellness facilities will welcome you to an evening of relaxation. Soothe any aching muscles in the bubbles of the custom oval hot tub, found on the lower back terrace of the chalet. Here, there is also a covered outdoor seating area and bar with heaters. Indoors you will also find a full bathroom with steam shower to freshen and relax you after a full day in the mountains. There's even a treadmill and gym equipment, for in-chalet workouts.

There is also an elegant study area, suitable for any guests who need to work away from home. In the evening, head downstairs to the chalet's chic TV lounge, complete with a projector screen, pool table, mini bar, fridge and coffee bar. You will also find a separate media room and a library as a more peaceful space to retreat to.

In total, Serenity Estate sleeps up to 14 guests across six bedrooms. The bedrooms have a sharp, contemporary design, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the Master suites that lend views of the valley, mountains, and lakes. With three double bedrooms, two twin rooms, and a children's bunk room for four guests, this mountain home is well-designed to welcome a variety of group configurations of multiple families and friends. The bathrooms are also clean and modern, with the two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom and every other room featuring a private en-suite.

The chalet has up to four parking spaces, laundry facilities, and ski lockers with boot dryers.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the property for up to 14 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis only. End of stay cleaning is a mandatory service and charged at a supplement of CA$1,470 plus local applicable tax. Prices do not include taxes of 16%, which will be calculated on top of the advertised rates.
