The Property

Chalet Terre is a luxury chalet sitting in the hamlet of Les Rives d'Argentière. Accommodating 14 guests across 7 bedrooms. The chalet is one of four uniquely designed luxury chalets, each with their own individual character. Chalet Terre, meaning earth, is decorated in warm colours and features ethnic artwork.

You are welcomed by a large open-plan living area, connecting the living room, dining room, and fully fitted kitchen into a large living space. The large living room with log fireplace features floor to ceiling windows with panoramic views looking directly at Les Grands Montets and Mont Blanc. A bold, bright colour palette for the living room pairs with the abundance of natural light seeping through the windows of the chalet, bringing a warm and vibrant ambiance to the interior of the build. Wood beams protrude through the chalet, paying homage to the chalets mountain refuge heritage, while incorporating a contemporary style to the furnishing and interior. A large terrace is accessible from this area, offering guests an intimate viewing platform of the Chamonix valley.

In the evening, after a tiresome day on the slopes, you may find yourself slipping into the sunken hot tub, glass of champagne in hand, admiring the Chamonix valley. The chalet boasts of its shared facilities open to residents of the hamlet of Les Rives d'Argentière. A sauna and hammam offer a rejuvenating setting, a quick session will help rehabilitate guests, preparing them for whatever the mountain has in store for them. For some deeper muscle therapy, the gym, and massage rooms are on hand to keep guests in top form. Guests are always welcome to make use of the chalet's conference room, offering a space to finish up that last email before enjoying your alpine retreat. To end the night, a family movie night in the cinema room is a perfect way to unwind for the evening. Take some time to find the perfect glass of wine from the chalets wine cellar, and unwind in style.

Chalet Terre can accommodate 14 guests across its 7 en-suite bedrooms. The bedrooms all follow a similar design of a modern build, incorporating plush, contemporary bedding and furniture. A few bedrooms offer private balcony access, allowing guests space to appreciate their own slice of the French valley. The bedrooms have the option of becoming twin rooms for more flexibility.

For added convenience, laundry facilities are available as well as a heated boot room, with sofas, boot warmers, ski racks and ski snacks. This boot room leads directly to a secure underground garage with plenty of parking spaces.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 16 guests and is offered on a fully catered basis with selected complimentary drinks and use of the shared facilities.

The chalet can also be taken on a self catered basis with daily housekeeping service.

A driver service can be added on request, offered 8am-6pm and charged at €2,700 EUR per week per vehicle. Out of hours service charged separately.
