This sits within a wonderfully private property, Le Chalet Mont Blanc, on an exclusive estate of over a hectare with unparalleled views of the Mont Blanc, it is suitably named after. Whilst described as the penthouse, when booking for up to 14 guests, the penthouse comes with exclusive use of the rest of the chalet, including multiple living areas and a soothing spa with swimming pool.

The penthouse covers the upper two floors of this ultimate luxury chalet in Chamonix. The lower floor of this penthouse houses a cathedral-like main lounge, with ceilings that rise up to double height. Light woods, white walls and pastel furnishings form an airy and elegant modern space. The lounge offers guests a chance to cosy up in front of the fireplace on designer sofas, or sit before the expansive wall of windows and admire the majesty of Mont Blanc across the valley. Leading off from the main lounge, you will discover a long dining hall and a large, closed off, fully-equipped kitchen. The dining hall features similarly expansive windows as the lounge, which open out onto a balcony and provides those breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks and Mont Blanc.

With exclusive use of all other floors of the chalet also, guests can make the most of the chalet's splendid private wellness facilities. A relaxation room also hosts the chalet's indoor swimming pool, which comes with a counter current to swim against and massage jets for a relaxing Jacuzzi-style sensation. Giant picture windows occupy one wall, again maximising your experience of the magnificent mountain panoramas, which can also be enjoyed from inside the sauna. The wellness area also contains a massage/treatment room for bespoke spa therapies, and a well-equipped gym for any keen fitness enthusiasts.

Within the confines of the two main floors of Penthouse Le Chalet Mont Blanc, guests will be treated to a snug TV lounge and a roomy reading area, with a small library of books to choose from. Ideal for luxury corporate ski trips in Chamonix, there is a dedicated conference/seminar room on the middle level of the main chalet, just below the penthouse's lower floor. This is brilliantly kitted out for meetings, and can also double as another TV room, with its quality entertainment system.

Penthouse Le Chalet Mont Blanc welcomes groups not exceeding 14 people. There are six bedrooms to the two floors of the penthouse, which include three spacious master suites on the top floor, each coming with a private balcony. The lower floor features three further double/twin rooms, with every room of the penthouse coming with an en-suite bath or shower room. The rooms are bright and furnished in a simple, contemporary style. As you have exclusive use of the entire chalet, 14 guests are not just limited to the penthouse floors, with a further 7 bedrooms to be found across the lower levels of the chalet, including one specially adapted to accommodate guests with reduced mobility and one bunk bedroom. Should you wish, there are almost enough bedrooms across the property for each guest to have their own private space, ideal in particular for corporate hosting and events.

With full run of the property, there are a couple of additional open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen areas that guests can utilise, situated on the floors beneath the penthouse. These areas are smaller than the main lounge, but both provide fireplaces and the same sharp, modern design as found throughout the chalet, offering a pleasant alternative for socialising and relaxing.

Penthouse Le Chalet Mont Blanc has an internal elevator running between its two floors, and the other three floors of the rest of the chalet. There is garage parking available, with space for up to 6 cars, as well as laundry facilities and a ski room, complete with boot warmers and plenty of space to get ready for a day of skiing in Chamonix.
