The Property
Chalet L'Amarante is a jewel of contemporary luxury, a 550m² ski in/ski out chalet in Courchevel 1850 with an elegant style, excellent services, and access to all the luxurious facilities and features of the adjacent 5* L'Apogée Hotel. With 5 spacious and decadent bedrooms, the luxury property can sleep 10-11 guests.
The chalet is laid out over five floors, with the second, middle floor of the chalet hosting its main living areas. A long lounge exudes elegance, with sleek wooden interiors of a chocolatey brown colour, a marble fireplace and plush, pastel furnishings of luxurious quality. An oversized doorway leads you from the living room to the formal dining area, which features a sharp, stylish design. Also on this floor is Chalet L'Amarante's kitchen, a sizeable, fully-equipped space where you can whip up tasty snacks or employ the services of a private chef for a bespoke holiday menu. Spanning a stretch of the living and dining areas, guests will find access to a balcony, where pretty views of the mountains and forest can be admired.
Chalet L'Amarante an array of wonderful spa facilities, all located on the ground floor. A comfortable spa lobby area leads off to a soothing, luxurious indoor Jacuzzi hot tub and the alleviating warmth of a sauna. There is also a dual massage room, where guests can indulge in further therapeutic treatments.
Also situated on this ground floor of Chalet L'Amarante, guests will have access to a cinema room. 9 lavish armchairs are neatly set up in front of the big screen, with a quality sound system in place to deliver a home movie experience as good as a real cinema.
Spread across three of its five floors, Chalet L'Amarante houses 5 marvellous double/twin bedrooms, which can accommodate 10 guests. An extra guest can be accommodated in a sofa bed. The bedrooms are expansive, with bold colours, a distinguished style and quality furnishings. Each room features a magnificent marble en-suite bathroom, many with walk-in showers and one with the luxury of a shower-Hammam. The bedrooms have an abundance of space, with many including dressing rooms, seating areas and private balconies.
Guests of Chalet L'Amarante will also have use of all the incredible 5* facilities and services of L'Apogée Hotel, which is next door to the property. The hotel has an unbelievable spa area, complete with 11m indoor swimming pool, relaxing loungers, indoor Jacuzzi, sauna, salt sauna, Hammam, 5 treatment cabins, a state-of-the-art gym and even a hair salon! There are multiple hotel restaurants and lounge areas, from the gourmet delights of Le Comptoir de L'Apogée to the sushi spectacles of Koori. A plush lounge bar with terrace and a distinguished cigar lounge complete the convivial offerings. Perfect for a family ski holiday to Courchevel 1850, the hotel features two kid's clubs and an impressive list of entertainment facilities, including computer games, table football, billiards and table tennis. There is also a hotel ski shop.
Within the privacy of your luxury chalet, a large ski room will store all your winter sports equipment, which exits directly onto the snow, where a magic carpet lift, private to the hotel and its chalets, will escort you to the green Jardin Alpin piste. Chalet L'Amarante also has an internal elevator for ease of access between the chalet's five floors.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 11 guests, to include daily breakfast and a choice of either lunch or dinner, to be taken in one of the hotel restaurants. Prices also include a dedicated butler, full use of the hotel facilities & spa, soft drinks in the minibar, and transfers from Courchevel altiport, where applicable. A private chef for breakfast and dinner is available on request.
Location
Chalet L'Amarante is a luxury ski in ski out chalet in Courchevel 1850, located at the top of the exclusive Jardin Alpin area of the resort. The chalet is operated by L'Apogée Hotel, a fabulous 5* ski in/ski out hotel that neighbours the chalet.
The hotel sits at the top of the former Olympic ski jump, offering fabulous views down the valley. With a private 40m magic carpet lift from the ski room to the green Jardin Alpin slope, access to Courchevel's prestigious ski area couldn't be more simple. From here you have a short, gentle ski down to La Croisette, the central lift hub of Courchevel 1850 with all the major ski school meeting points.
Alternatively, a 5-minute drive or 10-15 minute walk downhill will also bring you to La Croisette and the centre of the resort, where the luxury boutiques, stylish bars and gourmet restaurants of Courchevel 1850 await to be discovered.

Le Comptoir de L'Apogée
Open for a buffet breakfast from 7am to 11am. Dinner service is between 7:30pm and 10:30pm, with a menu revolving around gourmet dining. Using the freshest produce, signature staples, regional dishes and seafood dominates the food options at this luxury French dining room.
Koori
Open daily for dinner from 7:30pm to 10:30pm, Koori is L'Apogée Hotel's dedicated sushi restaurant. Marvel at the expert skills of the sushi masters as they prepare a selection of fresh and exquisite dishes, including the likes of dragon koori rolls and black cod.
Le Bar de L'Apogée
Le Bar de L'Apogée is open every day, a cosy lounge and sunny terrace where you can dine for lunch and then enjoy a snacking menu until midnight. From 7pm, live music starts and transforms the bar from a soothing sociable relaxation joint to a trendy hotspot.
