The Property
Chalet Pow Pow is a beautiful, homely chalet in the mainly residential Chenus district of Courchevel 1850. Spread over 6 floors, the chalet has over 650m² of space, an abundance of features and far reaching views over the resort and valley beyond.
Finished throughout in light neutral tones with splashes of vibrant colour, the chalet feels airy and spacious. The large open-plan living area is complimented by floor to ceiling windows which showcase the natural light and views of the mountain peaks on the opposite side of the valley. A spacious seating area surrounds the focal feature fireplace, and the dining area sits close to the large windows and breathtaking views. Just off the living and dining area you find the kitchen with a bar area. Above the main living area is a cosy office space/TV snug on a mezzanine.
The chalet has an amazing wellness area where you find a 15 x 5m indoor swimming pool, indoor jacuzzi and hammam. Surrounding the pool are seating areas, which gives a very social feeling to this area. On the same floor, you also find a well-equipped gym studio and a massage room. There is a games room overlooking the pool area featuring a pool table, table football table and pinball machine. For those looking to chill in front of a movie, there is a dedicated cinema room with comfy seating and a large screen.
In total, the chalet has 7 ensuite bedrooms. 6 of the 7 bedroom are twin or double bedrooms, whilst the 7th is a children's bunk bedroom with 4 single beds. Like the majority of the chalet, the bedrooms and finished in neutral tones with a splash of colour.
1 of the double bedrooms is designed with disabled people in mind and with a lift/elevator covering most floors, this chalet is ideally suited to those with reduced mobility.
Additional facilities in the chalet include a laundry room, ski room with heated boot racks and a garage.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet on a fully staffed basis to include a chef, butler and driver service. Food and drinks are charged in addition.
Location
Ideally located in an elevated position in the Chenus district of Courchevel 1850. The chalet is just 50m from the Piste Stade de Slalom and 170m from the Plantrey ski lift. For those looking to journey into the centre of the resort, it is a nice 1km walk downhill.
