The Property

Stretching over five floors, sleeping up to ten guests in its five bedrooms, Chalet Bois du Ban offers high-end amenities in a privileged location. Sitting on the edge of Courchevel Le Praz, the main and high speed gondola up to Courchevel 1850 is just five minutes walk away, whisking you into the Three Valley's vast lift system and providing you an ideal base for your luxury ski getaway.

On the top floor of Chalet Bois du Ban is where you will find the large, open-plan living space with its beautiful modern architecture of stone and wood cladding. A large seating area provides more than adequate lounging space to spread out amongst the soft furnishings, and a central fireplace is a superb feature to ensure the area stays cosy on those cold winter nights. A smaller, more intimate seating area is an ideal reading corner for anyone looking to enjoy the hub of activity in their own space.

In chalet Bois du Ban, the large windows contouring the vaulted ceiling give stunning views, as well as access to the balcony terrace offering a great aspect over the valley and surrounding mountains. Adjacent to the lounge area, the dining table and bar provide a great space to get-together at breakfast time for pastries before heading out onto the mountains.

The real WOW factor of this chalet, the personal Spa complete with heated swimming pool, sauna and relaxation area is found on the lower floor of the chalet. This is the perfect place to come and unwind, surrounded by luxurious, calming sights and sounds in your very own mountain oasis. On the floor below, the last gem of the chalet reveals itself. A large TV room with surround sound and comfortable sofas awaits you for the perfect movie night set up.

Heading downstairs to the first floor, you'll discover three of five, well appointed twin/double bedrooms, including one adapted for people with reduced mobility. They all offer balcony access and en-suites with modern showers. However, the master bedroom on this floor also has a luxury bath for you to soak your muscles after a long day on the mountain. On the ground floor, you'll find the remaining two bedrooms. Again very well equipped and appointed and both with en-suites. The styling combination of traditional local wood and grey slate give a superb contrast whilst staying modern and fresh.

This chalet also benefits from its own laundry facilities, an elevator for access to all floors and a ski room with boot warmers and ample storage. There is garage parking for anyone driving to resort for their holiday.

For larger groups, Chalet Bois du Ban can be taken alongside its sister property, Chalet Bois du Barmes which also sleeps 10, for up to 20 guests in total. When taken together, guests can move between the properties using the underground garage.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests and includes a housekeeper for daily cleaning and breakfast preparation. Food and drinks are charged in addition.
