The Property

Chalet Dulcis Casu is an amazing property in Courchevel's most traditional village, Le Praz. Accommodating up to 12 people, this luxurious chalet offers 330m² of living space spread across three floors, and the amazing location in the centre of the village right at the base of the slopes makes it a popular choice.

After taking a short, snowy walk down a path to the chalet, you are welcomed into a cosy and inviting mountain home. In the living areas, expect soft leather sofas and an impressive fireplace, which warms this glamorous room, the perfect place to relax after a long day skiing. Gather round the crackling fire, underneath the sloped wooden ceilings, and enjoy a few casual drinks together. The grand dining table is a wonderfully formal setting to get together and appreciate the delicious delicacies that your private chef will conjure up throughout the week. A spacious balcony is attached to this floor. In the evenings, be sure to step out and admire the snowy surroundings of Courchevel Le Praz. Whilst the adults are socialising in the living areas, the kids will be free to escape into the TV lounge on the ground floor. Rest your feet up and finish your evening in front of your favourite film.

Chalet Dulcis Casu is perfect for those who enjoy wellness on a ski holiday as much as they enjoy the action. Start off with a calming swim in the crystal clear indoor plunge pool, with use of the pool's counter-current system. This can be followed by a quick dip in the outdoor hot tub on the ground floor terrace, or a relaxing session in the Hammam, sauna or massage room. A plethora of spa facilities ensure your evenings are as luxurious as your afternoons are on the slopes.

The chalet has five bedrooms, all with their own en-suites. A traditional alpine chic finish elevates the rooms, in order to provide guests with a cosy night's sleep every night. Each of these rooms can be set up in either a twin or double configuration, which adds flexibility to Chalet Dulcis Casu. On the lower ground floor, all four bedrooms share access to an enclosed courtyard for some fresh air before bed. One of these bedrooms also features bunk beds, which is perfect for hosting two kids and is therefore a great option for families.

For convenience, Chalet Dulcis Casu includes a ski room, for easy storage when returning from the slopes. Parking is also available for guests who are driving to their luxury ski holiday in the French Alps.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests and is offered on a fully catered basis (dinner service on 5 nights) with selected complimentary drinks and in-resort driver service. Up to two additional guests can be accommodated on request, please enquire.
