The Property
Aspen Lodge B31 is a magnificent penthouse apartment situated on the top floor of Aspen Lodge residence in the centre of Courchevel Moriond. With a surface area of 140m², it can accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms.
The living area of Aspen Lodge B31 is spacious with beautiful views out of the floor-to-ceiling windows and overlooking the valley. The apartment has been decorated to a high standard and has an inviting yet minimalistic feel. While contemporary in feel, the combination of exposed wooden ceilings, feature natural stone wall and artwork that pays heritage to skiing history all help to foster an Alpine atmosphere befitting the apartment's mountain location. Tall, slanting ceilings help open out the space, making the apartment feel much more commodious than its actual size. From the sumptuous lounge with log burning fireplace to the fully-equipped sleek white kitchen, Aspen Lodge B31 is well-furnished for your luxury self catered ski holiday in Courchevel. The large balcony extends around the building to offer exposure from three sides, with terrific views of the mountains and forest to be admired.
The penthouse apartment of Aspen Lodge B31 features 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 guests in total. Each bedroom is cosy and welcoming, with access to a balcony off each room, allowing you to wake up every day of your holiday and immediately grab some fresh mountain air to start your day. There are three doubles and one twin bedroom, with two rooms having en-suite facilities and the other two sharing a luxurious bathroom.
Being the top floor of the Aspen Lodge Residence, the apartment naturally offers elevator access. There is a ski locker for storing equipment along with boot heaters to keep your ski boots nice and toasty for the next day ahead of skiing. The apartment offers 1 parking space in the penthouse's building.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis only.

Location
Aspen Lodge B31 is located in the centre of Courchevel Moriond, providing great access to all the resort's amenities, as well as offering fantastic views down the valley. The Aspen Lodge Residence, in which the apartment can be found, sits in an enviable position along the Rue Sainte Blandine, just 100m away from the slopes, the main Ariondaz gondola and the ski school meeting points.
This property also benefits from being in close proximity to the village's numerous restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and ski shops. The Aquamotion Courchevel swimming centre is a few minutes drive from the property, about 1km away. The famous resort of Courchevel 1850, with its luxury boutiques and gourmet restaurants, is an approximate 7 minute drive away from Aspen Lodge B31.
