The Property
Positioned in the centre of Courchevel Moriond, the Steamboat Residence offers an ideal location to host your luxury ski holiday in the Three Valleys. This residence boasts an array of properties that consist of 27 apartments overall, ranging in size from 55m² to 253m², and accommodating groups between 4 and 14 guests in total.
Elegant alpine designs throughout each property perfectly complement the residence's wooden exterior design. Light furnishings and wood interiors help create the perfect homely setting. Cosy furniture fills the open-plan layouts, which provides a great setup to host all groups in the evenings. The living rooms in numerous apartments have been designed around a warm fireplace, allowing guests to get comfortable as they rest their legs. All properties feature a fully-equipped kitchen with a smart finish, plus plenty of dining space, that allows the entire group to sit together and enjoy each sumptuous meal. A number of apartments also include a spacious balcony from the living areas, giving guests a closer view to the snowy mountain settings.
As well as this, a select group of the apartments feature luxurious spa facilities. Some offer an indoor wellness area with hot tubs, saunas, and Hammams, while several enjoy an outdoor hot tub positioned on their balconies.
The collection of 27 private units within the Steamboat Residence range from two to seven bedrooms, making it an attractive option for a wide range of different groups. Each apartment presents its own unique style, however, they all maintain the same elegant and cosy feel within each bedroom. There are apartments at the Steamboat Residence for group sizes ranging from 4 up to 14 guests, with a small selection also accessible for people with reduced mobility. In this collection there are also 4 duplex apartments that provide a bit more living space for larger groups. Some of these also include bunk rooms that make for a great family stay.
At the Steamboat Residence, you will receive access to multiple shared facilities. Its gorgeous spa area guarantees an evening of relaxation with a swimming pool, sauna, and hammam. In addition, there are multiple treatment rooms available for a delightful wellness treatment.
Following that, guests can get together at the restaurant or socialise with a few drinks at the bar. On top of that, a ski room is also available, as well as a reception on entrance to the building.
Several apartments have laundry facilities and there is also elevator access so guests can easily navigate the building.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of a private apartment in the residence and is offered on a bed and breakfast basis with daily breakfast, daily housekeeping, and in-resort shuttle service.

Location
The Steamboat Residence operates in the perfect location for your luxury ski holiday in Courchevel Moriond. Not far from the resort's main ski lift hub and centre, the residence is approximately a 5-minute walk to the Ariondaz gondola, which brings you into the ski area. Next to this gondola, there are also several drag lifts for children and beginners to build their confidence on the slopes.
The main centre in Courchevel Moriond is an easy walk from the Steamboat Residence. Here, you will find a lovely selection of bars, restaurants, local shops, and ski schools.

This luxury property is offered with a premium bed & breakfast service to match. With a great array of service sure to guarantee a stay in luxury, the hospitable, knowledgeable teams in resort will enable you to create your own personalised holiday in the heart of one of the French Alps' most popular ski resorts.
From the moment you arrive at your luxury ski accommodation, the resort team will ensure you will be well-looked after. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a personalised welcome, complete with a welcome pack of essentials for the week, to ensure your luxury ski holiday begins in the best possible way! Each morning, a daily buffet breakfast will be available in the hotel restaurant, providing the perfect fuel for those long ski days. The concierge service will be able to recommend and book any restaurant reservations, letting you experience the best bars and restaurants in resort and on the mountain for lunch and dinners.
For ease of access, an on request, in-resort shuttle service will transport you from the chalet to the ski lifts and village. Operating from 9am-11pm ensures easy access to the ski lifts throughout the day, before returning to your chalet to unwind.
The chalet team will conduct daily cleaning and end of stay cleaning, to make sure your luxury ski accommodation is well-looked after during your stay. On request, a mid-week linen change can be offered.
This operator allows you to tailor-make the holiday you desire. Additional services can be arranged (at an extra cost), including ski equipment rental, massage treatments, additional cleaning, baby equipment and additional parking, can be organised for you. Please note, this operator provides these additional services in-house, working with trusted partners in resort. Should you opt to arrange your own service providers, and they need access to the property (for example, in-chalet equipment fitting, massages and beauty treatments), this will incur an extra fee for access to the property. Should you wish to arrange an additional service that the operator are unable to provide (for example, private chefs), an access badge to the property will be provided at no additional cost, with advance notice given prior to arrival.
