The Property
In total, 20 apartments are available within the Sundance Residence. Its central location in Courchevel Moriond gives easy access around the resort, whilst also being found close to the slopes, perfect for your luxury family ski holiday. This residence provides plenty of options with properties ranging in size from 75m² to 401m², alongside a shared wellness area and in-house restaurant and bar.
Throughout the interiors of each private unit, you will find effective contemporary designs that boast a refreshing alpine twist through the use of smooth wooden cladding and dark furnishings. Plush sofas and comfy armchairs offer the prime spot for evening relaxation and socialising, simply put your feet up by the fireplace and make yourself at home in the snowy mountains. Evening meals can be enjoyed on the large dining tables, which are partnered with fully fitted, stylish kitchens to complete the living areas. As the evenings begin to draw to a close, spacious balconies allow guests to obtain a more intimate view of their winter surroundings; step out and escape with the incredible mountain scenery. Select properties also boast gorgeous hot tubs that add an extra touch of luxury to your stay.
Throughout the Sundance Residence there are 20 beautiful properties that range between 3 and 6 bedrooms. All bedrooms have been carefully designed to feature spacious layouts and a homely atmosphere, allowing you to feel settled while staying in Courchevel. Many of the bedrooms offer en-suites and balcony access to further support your comfort. With the apartments differing in size from 75m² to 401m², they all offer a unique stay with different bedroom configurations that ensure an easy stay.
Guests at Sundance Residence also benefit from use of various shared facilities. The glamorous spa area is sure to impress with its crystal clear indoor swimming pool (16mx5m), sauna, hot tub, and hammam. In addition to these fabulous facilities, the property also has several treatment rooms, everything needed for the ultimate wellness experience. On top of this, the residence's Italian restaurant and bar area will certainly keep you all entertained during your time away from the slopes. A stylish, funky eatery, La Bokka is sure to be your place of choice of where to eat in Courchevel on many an evening.
When staying at an apartment within the Sundance Residence, you have access to one underground parking space as well as private laundry facilities.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of a private apartment in the residence to include daily breakfast, daily housekeeping, and in-resort shuttle service.

Location
Sundance Residence offers a lovely central location in Courchevel Moriond, close to the slopes and with amazing views of the valley and surrounding mountains.
Skiers can take a quick 5-minute walk to the Ariondaz gondola, your gateway to the Three Valleys that leads to plenty of skiing for all abilities. There are also a few drag lifts next to the gondola that will be better suited for any beginners.
Throughout your luxury ski holiday, plenty awaits in the resort centre. Just a short walk from the residence you will find some amazing restaurants and bars, as well as a ski school for families. Be sure to venture out and explore.

This luxury property is offered with a premium bed & breakfast service to match. With a great array of service sure to guarantee a stay in luxury, the hospitable, knowledgeable teams in resort will enable you to create your own personalised holiday in the heart of one of the French Alps' most popular ski resorts.
From the moment you arrive at your luxury ski accommodation, the resort team will ensure you will be well-looked after. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a personalised welcome, complete with a welcome pack of essentials for the week, to ensure your luxury ski holiday begins in the best possible way! Each morning, a daily buffet breakfast will be available in the hotel restaurant, providing the perfect fuel for those long ski days. The concierge service will be able to recommend and book any restaurant reservations, letting you experience the best bars and restaurants in resort and on the mountain for lunch and dinners.
For ease of access, an on request, in-resort shuttle service will transport you from the chalet to the ski lifts and village. Operating from 9am-11pm ensures easy access to the ski lifts throughout the day, before returning to your chalet to unwind.
The chalet team will conduct daily cleaning and end of stay cleaning, to make sure your luxury ski accommodation is well-looked after during your stay. On request, a mid-week linen change can be offered.
This operator allows you to tailor-make the holiday you desire. Additional services can be arranged (at an extra cost), including ski equipment rental, massage treatments, additional cleaning, baby equipment and additional parking, can be organised for you. Please note, this operator provides these additional services in-house, working with trusted partners in resort. Should you opt to arrange your own service providers, and they need access to the property (for example, in-chalet equipment fitting, massages and beauty treatments), this will incur an extra fee for access to the property. Should you wish to arrange an additional service that the operator are unable to provide (for example, private chefs), an access badge to the property will be provided at no additional cost, with advance notice given prior to arrival.
