The Property
Chalet Herisson in La Tania is a luxury ski-in/ski-out chalet that blends modern furnishings and a classic alpine character. Accommodating 8 guests across 4 en-suite bedrooms, this chalet is the idyllic alpine escape for a smaller group of friends or families looking to explore the Three Valleys this winter.
Chalet Herisson is split across three floors, the top floor being dedicated to the chalet's common space, consisting of an open-plan living area, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen. Crafted from noble materials of wood and stone, the chalet's bright and loft-like living area features vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, paying homage to the alpine heritage of the build. Windows and skylights from multiple aspects help illuminate the living areas with natural light. Comfortable, vibrant-coloured sofas welcome you to rest and relax, with a log-burner on hand to help you warm up after a day exploring the slopes. Behind the lounge, a central kitchen island separates the dining table from the sleek fitted kitchen. The living area opens out onto balconies on either end of the room, from which you can admire the beautiful alpine scenery.
Found on the balcony extending off the main lounge area, Chalet Herisson's private hot tub offers guests an immersive space to help unwind while enjoying a panoramic viewing experience of the surrounding valley. A separate TV snug on the ground floor creates a second entertainment area, where guests can escape to for more relaxed downtime to catch up on a favourite show or movie.
Chalet Herisson accommodates 8 guests across 4 double bedrooms, all complete with en-suite facilities. The bedrooms exhibit a design of alpine chic, pairing noble wood with crisp white walls, modern furnishings and plush bedding. Each room can also be made up as a twin room, easily accommodating your group's needs. The TV lounge also has a sofa bed, which could be used on request to accommodate one extra guest.
For added convenience, the chalet has private parking for up to 3 vehicles, laundry facilities, and a ski room with boot warmers.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests and is offered on a fully catered basis (dinner service on 5 nights) with selected complimentary drinks and in-resort driver service. Up to one additional guest may be accommodated on request at an additional cost, please enquire.
Location
Chalet Herisson in La Tania is a luxury ski in/ski out chalet, perched on the edge of the Moretta Blanche piste just above the entrance to the resort.
With the slopes only a few steps from the chalet's boot room, guests can depart to and from this ski-in/ski-out chalet with ease! The Moretta Blanche is a red piste, although new developments make the section at the bottom a gentle blue with less than a minute's skiing bringing you to the La Tania gondola. You can also still choose to use the driver service, with only a 3-minute drive to the nursery slopes and the resort centre.
The resort centre is under a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute chauffeured drive. The centre of La Tania offers a local supermarket, alongside a small but delightful selection of bars, and restaurants to explore.

The team take pride in being personally involved in the day to day running of the individual chalets. They guarantee the very finest in bespoke, luxury chalet service to meet individual client needs.
Each of their chalets has a dedicated and experienced team who will look after you for the week. They are carefully chosen for their passion for cooking, flair for entertaining and high level of customer care. The in-resort driver is on call all day and will drop you to the foot of the slopes or pick you up from the bar. Just get in touch to request the service.
During your stay you will be well catered for by a qualified chef who has trained in fine dining and will be on hand 5 days during your stay to cook your meals. Their chef team comes from some of the hottest restaurants around, including many with Michelin stars! You can expect a hearty, healthy breakfast, indulge in a slice of tasty homemade cake in the afternoon, and sit down to a delicious and imaginative four-course meal served alongside wines from our carefully selected list.
Their chalet team will also be in touch with you to organise airport transfers, ski hire, ski schools, childcare, restaurant bookings and all the other things that you'll need for your holiday to run smoothly.
