The Property
Dou Lodge is located on the top floor of The Ridge - a fabulous ski-in, ski-out new-build in Les Arcs Paradiski. Benefiting from one of the most extensive ski areas in Europe, this 208m² single floor apartment features breath-taking views of Les Arcs and the Tarentaise Valley, to create a magical atmosphere for your luxury ski holiday in Les Arcs!
The entertaining space, surmounted by a double-height ceiling, showcases a spacious living room with open fireplace, a dedicated bar area, a large fully equipped kitchen and dining table. Fitted with high-end appliances and Le Creuset cookware, the fully functional kitchen will allow your nominated cook to conjure up the evening's delicacy. The long oak dinner table presents the perfect setting to host your meal, in front of the majestic mountain peaks framed along the full height windows. After indulging on your cuisine, venture out onto the extended terrace serving the living room - this unique spot will incentivize many to shorten their ski day and catch the last rays of sunshine, with a hot chocolate or wine in hand!
In the evening, head to the chalet's cosy cinema room, isolated on the mezzanine floor, to watch the latest blockbuster movie on the incredible 75" 8K smart TV. Others may wish to enjoy a book by the warm fireplace.
For ultimate relaxation, the residence's shared: gym, swimming pool, Hammam and sauna present a welcoming retreat after a hard day's skiing. The residence also has a private ski locker with heated boot warmers, and a ski shop on the ground floor, to ensure you are well-prepared for the slopes the following day. Should you have any specific questions during your stay, the residence's reception can provide you with your required answers.
In total, Dou Lodge accommodates for up to 12 guests, with the highest levels of comfort. There are four bedrooms, each with their own spacious en-suite bathrooms and separate WCs, as well as a large, tranquil study sleeping a further 2 persons on a sofa/day bed. Two of the bedrooms also have the additional benefit of balcony access.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of the apartment for up to 12 guests, on a self-catered basis.

Location
Dou Lodge is situated in the prestigious ski-in, ski-out location in Les Arcs 1600. The Mont Blanc Cachette ski run is found outside this truly awe-inspiring apartment, to ensure you are maximising your time on the slopes.
The centre of Les Arcs 1600, which is completely pedestrianised, is just a short walk, or ski, from your apartment. Alternatively, the resort's free shuttle bus, which also has access to the neighbouring resort villages of Les Arcs 1800, Les Arc 1950 and Les Arcs 2000, stops at the end of the residence. Whilst here, you will be able to use the nearest Mont Blanc and Cachette ski lifts, as well as the various bars, restaurants and shops available for your enjoyment!

No need to take your car! A quick stop at the ski shop on the ground floor to get your skis, will mean you are ready to hit the slopes! The ski room, with your own private double cubicle with boot heaters, awaits you on your return. There is also a shared gym, swimming pool, Hammam and sauna, to enjoy some well-earned after-ski relaxation - what better way to really feel on holiday!
If you want to enjoy a refined and local French cuisine, this operator can arrange for a private chef to cater for you. Otherwise, Fernand and Valerie will welcome you in their “French Touch” canteen, on the ground floor, with a fresh daily menu, eat-in or takeaway, or with morning croissants and bread. And don't worry about the eventual snow storm, they can accommodate for any shopping necessary during your stay too!
As well as taking care of their guests, this operator also plays their part in trying to be as green as possible - all of their bathroom toiletries are recyclable and will be replenished before your arrival!
