The Property

Chalet Bela Vya 1 is a modern-luxe chalet just outside of Les Arc 1600, accommodating up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms. This contemporary ski in/ski out chalet showcases the modern alpine style, and comes well-equipped with wellness facilities including a swimming pool, Nordic hot tub, and sauna.

Paying homage to its heritage, the chalet is designed using noble materials of blonde wood and stone. Plenty of natural light seeps through the windows, illuminating the entire chalet, breathing life into the build. You are welcomed by a large open-plan living space connecting the kitchen, dining room, and living room. After a tiring day on the slopes, the plush, contemporary sofa is on hand to catch you as you rest your legs with a glass of wine curated from the wine cellar. A central fireplace keeps guests toasty through the entirety of your stay. Alternatively, sit by the kitchen at the breakfast bar or large dining table to involve the group's appointed chef as they create a gastronomical masterpiece. The furniture follows a very modern-luxe design with a contrasting colour palette of dark and light tones, appealing to the eyes. The terrace is accessible from this area, allowing for a more intimate view of the French Alps and Tarentaise valley.

Chalet Bela Vya 1's spa and wellness facilities ensure guests are refreshed and rejuvenated after a long day on the slopes. Outside on the terrace sit all the main spa facilities. A heated swimming pool being the main one, where you can take a post-ski swim to unwind, or splash around with the little ones. Beside the pool sits the chalet's barrel sauna, where a magnificent view of the mountains through the sauna's fish eye lens pairs with the heat perfectly to cleanse both mind and body. You may also find yourself slipping into the traditional Nordic hot tub, glass of wine in hand, marvelling at the picturesque valley scenery.

Inside the chalet, a spiral staircase takes you up toward a TV mezzanine lounge, for those looking to fill up some free time catching up on a favourite show or looking to set up a family movie night.

Chalet Bela Vya 1 can accommodate 12 guests across 5 bedrooms. The bedrooms all follow a similar design to the rest of the chalet, making use of blonde wood and large windows that capture natural light. Plush bedding ensures guests ample rest in a bountiful environment for downtime. All bedrooms except for the bunk room are equipped with en-suite facilities, while an additional separate WC is also available. Some rooms open up to private balconies, offering guests space to enjoy the amazing valley views.

For added convenience, parking is available with an EV charging point, as well as a ski room with boot warmers and also laundry facilities.

For larger groups, you'll find an identical property with the same facilities next door to the chalet, Chalet Bela Vya 2, which also sleeps 12 guests.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for 12 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping and daily shuttle service to and from the slopes.
