This dedicated chalet team highlights of the importance that the simple things that really matter are done supremely well, in order to make your ski chalet holiday easy. From warm ski boots in the morning to dedicated hosts who will help you with local advice for your ski day. From nannies with a little photo album at the end of the week to multimedia sockets to play your music, images or films. From the utter bliss of a post-piste professional massage or perhaps a manicure and facial, down to the fluffy towels. Silly little stuff like that is important to them, and so they know it will be important to you too.

Your catered stay consists of many elements, making your experience that bit more special. Upon arrival at Geneva Airport, you will be greeted by the team and taken to your chalet via coach. When entering the chalet, your beds will be made, and you will be provided with complimentary toiletries, bath and hand towels. Daily cleaning will be provided on 6 days of the week, and you will have the dedication of one host for the duration of your stay, assisting with dinner and other aspects of your holiday if required.

A catered chalet holiday is all about the food…their chefs and hosts are passionate about food and hugely sensitive to the appetite of a hungry skier whilst considering a balanced diet. Their new and refined menus are heavy enough to reward mountain exertion yet light and simple enough to leave you grinning, not groaning. During a week's stay in the chalet, you will be catered for all 7 days, with a choice of meals for your dinner each day, as well as a selection of house wines, cordials and sparkling water during dinner. Breakfast is provided on 7 days a week- with both cooked and/or continental breakfast options are available, and on the chalet host's day off, a self-service continental spread will be set up, to ensure you are energised for your day on the mountains. As if this isn't enough, a selection of home-made cakes are waiting for you in the chalet once you have finished for the day. Not to mention that canapés are provided on the first and last evening of your stay! For an additional cost, you can upgrade this to canapés on 6 nights of your holiday, along with free flowing unlimited beer available throughout your stay.

When you arrive, a complimentary selection of drinks is provided by the fully stocked classic "cool box". When taking a chalet for exclusive use, guests have the option of the classic (soft drinks, beers and tonic waters), beer (just beers) or mixer box (no beers, extra soft drinks and tonic water) depending on which best suits your group. Cool box refills are available for an additional charge, just ask your chalet host.

Childcare and nanny options are available for an additional cost. Their nannies are chosen for their experience, maturity, confidence, and enthusiasm. They drop off and collect children from the ski school, and provide a supervised lunch at the restaurant just next door. Please note, to ensure quality of care, the childcare team operates to extremely strict ratios of availability, and if childcare is something you are interested in for your family ski holiday, it is best to let the team know as soon as possible.

Outside of ski school, your children will have endless fun inside and out, with access to a number of clubs and playrooms available for different ages at an additional price. The Bear Cub's playroom is open 9am to 5pm (1pm on Thursday) for ages 4 months-7 years, offering everything from arts and crafts, treasure hunts and storytelling, to building igloos, bum boarding, and songs. The Polar Bears club follows a similar structure, but with more exciting activities aimed at older children of 8-12 years. The Pyjama Club, operating from 7-9.30pm from Monday to Saturday, is ideal for parents who would like dinner in peace or for children who are not ready for bed.

Scheduled Transfers 26/27 (Geneva Airport)

There are 4 transfers scheduled from Geneva to resort, departing Geneva at 11am/ 12:45pm/ 2:15pm (2:45pm from 28th March onwards)/ 4:55pm. Return coaches on departure day are scheduled to arrive in Geneva at 8:45am/ 10:45am/ 12pm (12:35pm from 28th March onwards)/ 2:45pm. It is recommended you arrive 2-3hrs before your flight. If you prefer, you can request an upgrade to a private transfer at a supplement cost.
