Featuring a collection of 18 apartments and 4 penthouses, the residence poses a great option for families and friends, within an easy 5-minute walk from the slopes and everything you could need on a luxury ski holiday in Les Gets. Kinabalu Penthouse 40 is a modern triplex penthouse accommodating for groups of 10-15 guests, featuring spacious interiors and beautiful landscape views.

Spanning 319m², Kinabalu Penthouse 40 is well-suited for large groups. Upon entering, guests will be welcomed into the main open-plan living floor which contains a sofa TV lounge, dining and kitchen areas. Lovingly decorated in a contemporary mountain style, utilising a careful blend of darkened woods, white walls and delightful homely furnishings, this floor retains a convivial feel for the whole group to socialise together. High vaulted ceilings, a feature fireplace and a multitude of picture windows add to the sophisticated, warm alpine atmosphere. Whether it's resting on the sofas in front of the TV or looking out to far-reaching views on the furnished balcony, guests are sure to feel at home in the mountains here. And in the evening, the large central dining table holds banquets to satisfy ski appetites, as prepared in the sleek open kitchen. There's also a breakfast island and further seating, for those who wish to view your nominated group's culinary skills in action or for a light snack during the day.

On the same living floor, Kinabalu Penthouse 40 features a separate TV lounge that's ideal for a teenage hideaway or those wanting to catch up on their latest series. There's also a billiards table, that's sure to be a hit and encourage some friendly evening competitions between the group!

Kinabalu Penthouse 40 sleeps 10–15 guests across six bedrooms, spread between the highest and lowest floors. Each room reflects the penthouse's contemporary alpine style, with dark wooden cladding, neutral tones, and soft furnishings creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Picture windows frame the snowy landscape, while stylish en-suites add comfort and convenience. Some rooms also feature private balconies. The master bedroom stands out for its generous space and luxurious feel. Ideal for families, the lower floor includes a children's quad bunk room (sleeping four) with an extra single bed for a nanny or supervising adult.

Guests staying at Kinabalu Penthouse 40 also benefit from access to a ski and equipment rental shop, Annaski, and ski lockers with boot warmers to store any equipment. Kinabalu Lodge Residence's guests also have access to the two on-site restaurants, La Bokka and Vina Annapurna, to replenish well-earned post-ski appetites. In addition, each accommodation comes with an underground parking space.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the penthouse for up to 15 guests and is offered on a bed and breakfast basis, to include daily breakfast delivery and daily housekeeping.

The apartments are also available on a self-catered basis with mid-stay cleaning.
