Featuring a collection of 18 apartments and 4 penthouses, the residence poses a great option for families and friends, within an easy 5-minute walk from the slopes and everything you could need on a luxury ski holiday in Les Gets. Kinabalu Penthouse 40 is a modern triplex penthouse accommodating for groups of 10-15 guests, featuring spacious interiors and beautiful landscape views.
Spanning 319m², Kinabalu Penthouse 40 is well-suited for large groups. Upon entering, guests will be welcomed into the main open-plan living floor which contains a sofa TV lounge, dining and kitchen areas. Lovingly decorated in a contemporary mountain style, utilising a careful blend of darkened woods, white walls and delightful homely furnishings, this floor retains a convivial feel for the whole group to socialise together. High vaulted ceilings, a feature fireplace and a multitude of picture windows add to the sophisticated, warm alpine atmosphere. Whether it's resting on the sofas in front of the TV or looking out to far-reaching views on the furnished balcony, guests are sure to feel at home in the mountains here. And in the evening, the large central dining table holds banquets to satisfy ski appetites, as prepared in the sleek open kitchen. There's also a breakfast island and further seating, for those who wish to view your nominated group's culinary skills in action or for a light snack during the day.
On the same living floor, Kinabalu Penthouse 40 features a separate TV lounge that's ideal for a teenage hideaway or those wanting to catch up on their latest series. There's also a billiards table, that's sure to be a hit and encourage some friendly evening competitions between the group!
Kinabalu Penthouse 40 sleeps 10–15 guests across six bedrooms, spread between the highest and lowest floors. Each room reflects the penthouse's contemporary alpine style, with dark wooden cladding, neutral tones, and soft furnishings creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Picture windows frame the snowy landscape, while stylish en-suites add comfort and convenience. Some rooms also feature private balconies. The master bedroom stands out for its generous space and luxurious feel. Ideal for families, the lower floor includes a children's quad bunk room (sleeping four) with an extra single bed for a nanny or supervising adult.
Guests staying at Kinabalu Penthouse 40 also benefit from access to a ski and equipment rental shop, Annaski, and ski lockers with boot warmers to store any equipment. Kinabalu Lodge Residence's guests also have access to the two on-site restaurants, La Bokka and Vina Annapurna, to replenish well-earned post-ski appetites. In addition, each accommodation comes with an underground parking space.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of the penthouse for up to 15 guests and is offered on a bed and breakfast basis, to include daily breakfast delivery, daily housekeeping and in-resort shuttle service.
The apartments are also available on a self-catered basis with mid-stay cleaning.

Location
The Kinabalu Residence in Les Gets lies in a highly accessible location for a luxury ski holiday, found along the Rue des Grandes Alpes. The Mont Chery gondola is closest to the residence and can be reached in a 3-minute walk. Les Gets' main snow front takes about 5 minutes on foot. Here, guests can use the Chavannes cable car and Chavannes Express chairlift to access the Morzine-Les Gets ski area. There's also a number of drag lifts found at the snow front, suitable for beginners to practice.
Les Gets' main high street, with an array of shops, bars and restaurants, is an even closer walk from Kinabalu Residence - perfect for those who want to be amongst the action and who wish to explore this French Alps mountain resort in the evenings of their stay.

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a personalised welcome, complete with a welcome pack of essentials for the week, to ensure your luxury ski holiday begins in the best possible way! Each morning, daily breakfast will be delivered to your accommodation, providing the perfect fuel for those long ski days. The concierge service will be able to recommend and book any restaurant reservations, letting you experience the best bars and restaurants in resort and on the mountain for lunch and dinners.
For ease of access, an on request, in-resort shuttle service will transport you from the chalet to the ski lifts and village. Operating from 8.30am-6pm ensures you will be able to make the first and last lifts of the day, before returning to your chalet to unwind.
The chalet team will conduct daily cleaning and end of stay cleaning, to make sure your luxury ski accommodation is well-looked after during your stay. On request, a mid-week linen change can be offered.

From the moment you arrive into your luxury ski accommodation, the resort team will ensure you will be well-looked after. Beds will be made up for arrival and the property will be set up with all you could need, from luxury toiletries in the bathrooms to bathrobes and slippers for comfort. The team will even be round for some mid-week housekeeping, a nice refresh to the property halfway through your holiday.
This operator allows you to tailor-make the holiday you desire. Additional services can be arranged (at an extra cost), including ski equipment rental, massage treatments, additional cleaning, baby equipment and additional parking, can be organised for you. When enjoying the self catered service, the in-resort shuttle service can also be arranged at an additional cost. Please note, this operator provides these additional services in-house, working with trusted partners in resort. Should you opt to arrange your own service providers, and they need access to the property (for example, in-chalet equipment fitting, massages and beauty treatments), this will incur an extra fee for access to the property. Should you wish to arrange an additional service that the operator are unable to provide (for example, private chefs), an access badge to the property will be provided at no additional cost, with advance notice given prior to arrival.
