The Property

Chalet Kantaa is a welcoming chalet perched on the side of the Rochburne slopes, a fantastic offering for family groups. Across 6 carefully designed bedrooms, there is space to sleep up to 10 adults and 6 children.

The interiors are designed by the inspired Charles Zana who took it upon himself to design this chalet in a distinctive and eloquent contemporary alpine design, with a tasteful amalgamation of materials complimented by a vast all-encompassing view of the sublime location this chalet resides in. Coupled with generously sized terraces, this chalet has been designed to truly take advantage of its fortunate positioning.

The second floor of this inspired property is dedicated to a lavish open shared space. There is a wide dining kitchen space which acts as the perfect place to sit back and enjoy some sumptuous food. Equally, it's the essential place to enjoy a much-needed hot drink or alcoholic beverage whilst absorbing the welcomed warmth exuding from the remarkable black steel fireplace. Surrounding this unique fireplace in the heart of the shared space is a capacious living area inviting you in to admire the views from the large windows whilst enjoying the all too comfortable furniture, granting you the ideal place for hosting family and friends in a modern and memorable place.

The second floor is home to an open 32sqm master bedroom, which benefits from its own sizeable private terrace. Also situated on this floor are two tasteful double bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathrooms. These rooms are dripping with the same interior elegance you will have come to expect with this luxury chalet.

The first floor is almost its own property by itself, containing an even more spacious master bedroom complimented with high ceilings which make the most of the abundance of natural light teaming in from the terrace windows. Again, this master bedroom benefits from a large terrace complimenting this already impressive room. This floor is also fitted with a Technogym fitness room which is certainly worth a try no matter how active you are. Accompanying a unique such as this feature is a spa containing a soothing jacuzzi and an ever so tempting hammam.

The ground floor is home to a children's dormitory that can hold up to 6 people with an en suite bathroom with a toilet and then a separate toilet room with a washroom adjacent to it. This floor also has an impressive cinema room by Lutexa Geneva who are renowned for their state-of-the-art visual technology and cinema luxury. Situated in the middle of the ground floor is the ever so impressive bar. Whether you feel like testing out your cocktail skills, or just feel like relaxing after a long day of battling the elements, there's no better place to stumble out of the boot room into. Connected to this bar is a game room with an impressive Brunswick billiard table which really brings the whole bar together.

Chalet Kantaa can be rented in conjunction with Chalet Hirvi which is located just in front, to accommodate groups of up to 30 guests.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet on a self-catered basis for up to 10 adults and 6 children and includes daily cleaning and mid-week linen change.
