The Property
Chalet Altaïs in Méribel Village is a luxury Alpine retreat for groups of friends or families who are looking to stay in an authentic Savoyard chalet. With a peaceful location close to the slopes, four bedrooms sleeping up to 8 adults and 2 children, and luxury amenities including a swimming pool, the chalet is a fabulous option for your next luxury ski holiday to the Three Valleys.
Built using reclaimed materials, Chalet Altaïs flaunts its alpine heritage through visible wood beams and vaulted ceilings in select rooms. As you enter the chalet's ground floor, you are welcomed by a large, bright living space, consisting of a fully fitted kitchen, dining room, and living room. Natural light floods the space and illuminates the entire area, breathing life into the chalet. Plush, comfortable sofas offer guests space to kick up their feet and relax after a long day on the slopes in front of the fireplace, where you can enjoy a glass of wine to pair alongside adventurous stories from the trip so far. The large dining table allows for family meals prepared in the chalet's fully equipped kitchen by the group's appointed chef. A large terrace is accessible from here, opening up to the French Valley for a more intimate view.
Chalet Altaïs' wellness area invites guests to recuperate after a long day on the slopes. A large indoor heated swimming pool offers a soothing spot for a post-ski soak. A hammam is also available for guest use, designed to help guests shed the fatigue of the day. A herbal tea and bar area is also on hand for an après-ski drink. Alternatively, guests can escape to the TV room for a family film night or simply to catch up on a favourite show.
Accommodating up to 8 adults and 2 children across 4 bedrooms, Chalet Altaïs is ideal for families and friends. The bedrooms all follow a similar design as the rest of the chalet, flaunting wooden beams and vaulted ceilings in select rooms. Plush, comfortable beds allow for ample rest, ensuring guests are in top form for whatever the mountain throws their way. All bedrooms are complete with en-suite facilities.
For added convenience, a ski room with boot warmers is available for guest use, as well as private parking with space for up to 3 cars. An EV charging point is also available for guest use, as well as laundry services.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests and is offered on a self catered basis.

Location
Chalet Altaïs is nestled in a much-desired location in Méribel Village, offering guests paramount views of the surrounding valley.
The blue Lapin slope and Golf chairlift are a short 5-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the chalet. The chalet is also a 3-minute drive to the Olympe 3 gondola, which takes you up to La Chaudanne, Méribel's central lift hub.
Chalet Altaïs is a short 5-minute drive away from the centre of Meribel, where you will find many luxury amenities such as boutique shops, incredible restaurants, and lively bars. You will also find a smaller selection of restaurants, bars, and shops within Méribel Village, 5 minutes walk from the property.

At Chalet Altaïs, the team strive to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. Because of this, all the essentials will be provided. Beds will be made on arrival, and you will receive a personalised welcome to ensure you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Household linen and firewood is also included, so you can always cuddle up to the warm fireplace after a long day skiing. Housekeeping will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as end of stay cleaning and spa maintenance, so the chalet maintains a high standard throughout the week.
For anyone who desires a more enhanced luxury experience, Chalet Altaïs offers several extra services at an additional cost. A continental breakfast and private chef are both available. Each sumptuous meal will be prepared for you, which means you can spend more time relaxing with family and friends.
Other additional services include daily cleaning, baby sitting, in case you fancy some time away from the kids, and a concierge service. The chalet team will be there to support all of your needs and answer any potential queries that you may have during your holiday.
