The Property
Chalet du Vallon is a spacious luxury alpine chalet in Méribel Village, with panoramic views and a brilliant location for 8-10 guests to base their stay. Featuring traditional rustic wood and stone interiors, this 5-bedroom chalet offers the perfect cosy retreat for families and friends.
A grand open-plan living area invites you in a warm atmosphere, complete with high vaulted ceilings and a stone fireplace in the corner. A large seating area, with comfy furnishings, surrounds a ski themed coffee table to kick your feet up and relax in here. This lounge area is perfectly positioned to look out over Méribel Village and beyond, to the momentous mountain peaks of the alpine landscape; to get a closer look you can step out onto your characterful wood balcony. Back inside, the large dining table welcomes a hearty, gourmet meal, sure to satisfy hungry appetites, as prepared in the open showcase kitchen.
Chalet Du Vallon's Hammam is perfect for relieving any aches or pains from a tough mountain day, getting you ready to ski in the Three Valleys for the rest of the week. Alternatively, the chalet's ground floor is also where guests will find a cosy alpine TV snug, suitable for a family movie night or more casual downtime.
Chalet du Vallon ensures up to 10 guests a relaxing night's sleep across its 5 bedrooms. Each room has been decorated in a similar alpine style to the rest of the chalet's living areas, utilising a careful blend of light wooden cladding and homely soft furnishings. Four double/twin bedrooms feature, offering flexibility for families, friends and corporate groups. Two of these boast quaint balconies to admire the stunning scenery. To sleep an additional two guests, a single cabin bedroom, on the ground floor, and an extra sofa bed can be added to the top floor double room, ideal for nannies or children.
Guests staying in Chalet du Vallon also have use of a ski room with boot warmers, an outdoor parking space and laundry facilities for the duration of their holiday.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8-9 guests and includes full chalet catering, selected complimentary drinks and an in-resort shuttle service. Up to one extra guest can be accommodated on request, please enquire.

Location
Chalet du Vallon lies in the heart of Méribel Village, with great convenience and accessibility to skiing and local amenities. The Golf chairlift lies just 210m away from the property. Alternatively, Méribel centre's main Chaudanne lift hub can be found a 5-minute drive away, for greater access to skiing in the Three Valleys.
Méribel Village itself offers a ski shop, couple of restaurants and local convenience store to make the most of, all less than 200m from Chalet du Vallon. Méribel centre hosts a greater selection of apres-ski bars, restaurants, shops and non-ski activities to enjoy, 5 minutes by car.

There is more to a good skiing holiday than just good skiing. Good skiing combined with a great location, a personal service, fantastic staff and a chalet you want to come home to is the key to success. It's this operator's aim to provide all the above and a little bit more.
You will be well looked over and made to feel at home from the moment you arrive. Upon arrival, tea and cake or champagne and canapés will be waiting for you, as the team take your luggage, organise ski fitting and passes and make you feel at home. And prior to arrival, your concierge will make sure your trip is left untouched: from organising ski lessons, childcare, transfers, lunches or anything in between. Guests also receive a 10% discount on ski hire with one of the trusted in-resort partners, should you wish to rent equipment when you arrive at your holiday.
Catered ski holidays are all about the food! With chefs trained in a Michelin star restaurant, this operator's catering promises to create the food you love from the moment of your pre-holiday call. To keep you energised for days on the slopes, five mornings come complete with fresh pastries, cooked breakfasts, porridge, granola, yoghurts, fruit and even a daily changing chef's special. On the remaining two mornings, the only thing missing is the chef to cook you a hot breakfast, but you're sure to be filled up on the other available options for a day's skiing in the Three Valleys! Afternoon tea, consisting of a good cup of tea and a slice of freshly baked cake or a savoury treat, are perfect for warming up from your return from the slopes on 6 days. Pre-dinner delicious canapés, accompanied by unlimited access to an extensive alcoholic and soft drinks list, are served prior to a delightful culinary experience of 4-course evening meals paired with quality wines, on 5 nights of your stay. For those family ski holidays, an earlier, home-cooked children's high tea can also be organised for younger members of the group.
To make navigating the village simple, whether you have non-skiers, little children or different people needing to head to various places, then the driver service is a welcome addition. The driver service will be available to you each day from 8am. On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, the driver's service will run until 10pm, while on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, the service ends at 8pm instead. And for when you return to your chalet, after long ski days, the regular housekeeping service ensures your alpine home from home is kept in a clean and tidy manner.
