Chalet Foinsbois in Méribel is a beautiful family chalet, a grand yet cosy home with a traditional style that welcomes up to 12 adults and 3 children across seven homely bedrooms. The chalet benefits from a peaceful location, excellent services, and a range of wonderful spa and entertainment facilities, sure to elevate the luxuriousness of your Méribel ski holiday.
Utilising traditional stone and wood materials, Chalet Foinsbois creates an inviting atmosphere that expertly blends the styles of authentic alpine chalet and distinguished country manor. Entry to the chalet through a grand entrance hall on the ground floor will lead you through to the main living space of the property, a sophisticated sitting room and dining area with an open stone fireplace at its heart. Wood panelled walls and ceilings, comfortable sofas and armchairs, bookshelves of old leather tomes, and the crackling fireplace all serve to create a genuine and relaxing ambience. The central fireplace is dual-aspect, warming both the lounge area and the square dining table, which features a banquette corner booth for snug and convivial mealtimes. Escape to the chalet's terrace and balconies, and you can enjoy the fresh alpine air, alongside picturesque views of the surrounding snowy landscape.
Also located out on the terrace is Chalet Foinsbois' stone hot tub, sunken into the decking and surrounded by a covering of fir trees. The sumptuous bubbling waters invite you to unwind after a long day of skiing in Méribel, with the trees offering seclusion and tranquility. Inside, further wellness treatments can be found, with a rejuvenating sauna and a well-equipped chalet gym.
In addition to these wellness features, all located across the lower ground floor of Chalet Foinsbois, you will also find both a dedicated TV lounge and games room. Plush blankets drape around an inviting sofa should you fancy a romantic movie night, while the likes of table tennis, table football, and a games console offer an exciting evening of fun and competition for your whole group.
Across seven bedrooms, Chalet Foinsbois will accommodate groups of up to 12 adults and 3 children. The bedrooms embody alpine charm, combining rustic wood interiors with homey furnishings of warms red and soft white colouring. A master double suite on the first floor features a private study area, with five further double bedrooms across the chalet, four of which can be split into twin room configurations. There is a final bunk bedroom for children, with another small bunk room connected to the lower ground floor bedroom, an ideal set-up for family ski holidays to Méribel. Traditionally-styled bath and or shower rooms accompany five of the rooms, with two sharing a shower room.
Chalet Foinsbois features a ski room with boot warmers, its own laundry facilities, and outdoor parking.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for 12 adult guests and includes full gourmet catering for 5 nights, open bar and in-resort driver service. Up to three extra children can be accommodated on request. Empty bed and child discounts will apply, please enquire for details.
This chalet can also be taken on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping, an in resort driver service and complimentary soft drinks, please enquire.
Chalet Foinsbois is a luxury ski chalet in Méribel, occupying a private corner of the charming Méribel Village area of the valley.
The Golf Chairlift is accessible in Méribel Village, just 5-minutes walk or 2-minutes drive from the chalet. This brings you up to the Altiport area, where you can then ski down to the Rond Point and Chaudanne, or choose to set off further into the Three Valleys ski area. With the in-resort chauffeur service, you can also start your day from La Chaudanne, Méribel's main lift hub, which is a 5-minute drive up the valley.
Méribel Village is home to a small selection of local bars, restaurants and a supermarket, although you'll find a much greater assortment in the lively centre of Méribel, just 6-minutes by chauffeured drive.

The cuisine offered is a huge part of what sets a holiday with this chalet apart from the rest. Eating at the chalet is a memorable experience, akin to eating in a top quality restaurant. It really is some of the best cooking you will experience anywhere in the Alps. Each day starts with a good breakfast of fruit juices, coffee, a choice of teas, yoghurts, cereals and porridge with fresh milk, eggs, jambon cru, cheeses, fresh bread and freshly baked croissants and jams. On your return from skiing, fresh homemade cakes and biscuits await you in the sitting room. Dinner is the pièce de résistance. On your first evening you are welcomed by a glass of champagne, and then you can enjoy an exceptional four-course meal, rounded off with real coffee, a glass of Pinot and home-made truffles. You will be able to relive the luxury of the gourmet dining experience five nights of your week stay. There's also carefully selected wines, unlimited champagne and a full complimentary bar of beer, wine, selected spirits and mixers.
To help you navigate the resort and get to and from the slopes, they operate a fleet of luxury vehicles which will take you where you need in resort. A dedicated driver and 8-seater minivan will ensure you have a reliable morning and afternoon pick up (8.30-11am & after 5.30pm). There is an on-call service through the rest of the day (11am-5.30pm) and continues after dinner until midnight.
Before and during your stay there is a dedicated concierge service to help you make any extra arrangements needed such as ski hire, lift passes, ski lessons, childcare, spa treatments or plans for special occasions.
