The Property
Chalet Hygge is spread over three levels and offers 175 sq.m for 8 adults and 4 children.
On the ground floor are two cosy double bedrooms with modern bathrooms and a quad-room with 2 bunk beds, ideal for the children. Also on the ground floor is the Hammam to relax in after a full day on the slopes.
On the first floor you will find the modern and fresh open plan living space with comfortable blue sofas for the relaxed atmosphere perfect for unwinding and putting your tingling feet up as you enjoy a hot drink or glass of wine in front of the fire and television. In the traditional alpine wooded room is the fully equipped kitchen to allow for those who like to show off their culinary skills and opens out onto the bar and dining room. The dining room has a large wooden table to seat all guests for the sociable evening meal lit by the refined chandelier. A sliding door will lead you to the balcony which has irresistible views of the surrounding mountains.
The top floor consists of the master bedroom and a modern bathroom with shower and a private balcony.
The Chalet Hygge is perfect for families looking for peace, relaxation in a tastefully cosy and modern alpine chalet.
The price is for exclusive use on a self-catered basis. Extra services such as a chef and driver are available on request.
Location
Chalet Hygge is situated in the village of Le Raffort, 220m walk from the Télécabine de l'Olympe which leads to the Chaudanne which is the meeting point for ski school and the main lift hub. Just outside the entrance is the ski bus stop which takes you to Meribel centre for shops, restaurants and ski lifts. The return skiing can be done by the route of the Raffort in good snow conditions.
The quaint and traditional village of Le Raffort (1450m) is just 1.5 miles away from the main resort of Meribel where you can escape from the crowds and enjoy stunning views. The surrounding Le Raffort ski area has 150 km of pistes and over 60 ski lifts.
