The Property

The Falcon Lodge is a luxury residence located in the heart of Méribel, only 200m from the ski slopes, and offers groups a perfect blend of private accommodation, high-end facilities and hotel services. With a collection of apartments, penthouses and chalets, it's an ideal base for both friend groups and luxury family ski holidays in Méribel. Falcon Lodge Penthouse A40 is a fabulous triplex apartment, accommodating for 10–12 guests. Across 217m², it features contemporary interiors and its own private wellness facilities for guests to make the most of during their stay.

Falcon Lodge Penthouse A40's main living area exhibits a light and airy ambience, as contributed to by light grey tones, a multitude of windows and hints of classic alpine decoration. A cosy lounge area sits beside large windows offering picturesque mountain scenery, while an immense fireplace sits close to provide warmth to the entire room. In the evenings, mealtimes can be enjoyed on the long wooden dining table that takes centre stage of this floor. With enough space to comfortably seat the whole group, it's the perfect spot to come together for delicious homemade meals. The kitchen adopts an open-plan layout and also features a breakfast island with bar stools, to maintain a social cooking atmosphere. Leading out from the living area is a large terrace with alfresco seating and dining, perfect for soaking up the sun.

The penthouse offers plenty in terms of relaxation and unwinding after long days skiing in Méribel. Outside on the terrace is your own private Jacuzzi overlooking the impressive mountain scenery. Indoors, a sauna completes your private spa facilities, allowing you to fully recover from a hard ski day.

Falcon Lodge Penthouse A40 sleeps 10–12 guests across its six luxury bedrooms. Each bedroom showcases a modern alpine flair, with thanks to bleached woods and neutral colours. The master double bedroom is found on its own floor and has a private balcony, large dressing room and en-suite. There are four other double bedrooms, split between the rest of the property's floors. Two have private en-suites, while the other two share a shower room, which could combine to be a nice family suite option. On the lowest level, guests will find a bunk bedroom (sleeps 2) which is ideal for the little ones on family ski holidays.

For convenience, Falcon Lodge Penthouse A40 has private laundry facilities and an allocated parking space, in the underground garage.

Guests can also benefit from various shared wellness facilities at the Falcon Lodge Residence, which include an indoor swimming pool, as well as a wellness area with a sauna, Hammam and massage treatment rooms. Within the residence, you will also find a well-stocked ski shop and equipment rental store, so you can easily sort any gear needed for your trip. During the stay, all equipment can be stored in the ski lockers with boot warmers.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the apartment for up to 10 guests on a bed & breakfast basis to include daily breakfast delivery, daily housekeeping and use of the shared facilities, spa and in-resort shuttle service. Up to 2 extra children can be accommodated on request.

The apartment is also available on a self-catered basis with mid-stay cleaning and in-resort shuttle service.
