The Property
The Falcon Lodge is a luxury residence located in the heart of Méribel, only 200m from the ski slopes, and offers groups a perfect blend of private accommodation, high-end facilities and hotel services. With a collection of apartments, penthouses and chalets, it's an ideal base for both friend groups and luxury family ski holidays in Méribel. Spanning 102m², Falcon Lodge Penthouse I01 is a three-bedroom luxury chalet-apartment within the residence, featuring its own outdoor hot tub and providing accommodation for 6 guests.
Falcon Lodge Penthouse I01 is a luxury duplex penthouse with a contemporary, minimalistic alpine design. A welcoming lounge, dining and kitchen area is housed under magnificent high vaulted ceilings, providing a great for entertaining once you have returned from a day skiing! In one corner, a comfortable sofa, armchair, and pouffes invite tired ski legs to unwind in front of the TV, perfectly positioned under a skylight which brings in natural light. Large windows further fill the room and frame the scenery outside, which can be enjoyed during mealtimes around the central wooden dining table, while a sleek kitchen hugs the back wall of the room, completing the floor layout. Leading out of the main living area, you'll find a large terrace area with incredible views of the surrounding mountains.
For a perfect way to end your ski day, jump into the hot tub, found outside on the terrace, and relax with a drink in hand as you enjoy the snowy mountain backdrop.
In total, Falcon Lodge Penthouse I01 sleeps 6 guests across its three double bedrooms, that guarantee a relaxing night's rest. Each in a similar alpine style with dark wooden touches and soft furnishings. Each room takes advantage of access to a terrace and features private en-suite facilities.
For convenience, Falcon Lodge Penthouse I01 makes use of an allocated parking space in the underground garage, for those self-driving to their luxury ski holiday in Méribel.
Guests can also benefit from various shared wellness facilities at the Falcon Lodge Residence, which include an indoor swimming pool, as well as a wellness area with a sauna, Hammam and massage treatment rooms. Within the residence, you will also find a well-stocked ski shop and equipment rental store, so you can easily sort any gear needed for your trip. During the stay, all equipment can be stored in the ski lockers with boot warmers.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of the apartment for up to 6 guests on a bed & breakfast basis to include daily breakfast delivery, daily housekeeping and use of the shared facilities, spa and in-resort shuttle service.
The apartment is also available on a self-catered basis with mid-stay cleaning and in-resort shuttle service.

Location
Falcon Lodge Residence is found in the attractive residential area of Méribel centre known as Morel, giving convenient access to both the village and slopes.
Just 200m away from the property is the Morel chairlift, giving access to the Altiport area of beginner slopes or 'Forêt' green slope which brings you to the Rond Point and beyond to La Chaudanne. Alternatively, with use of the driver shuttle service you can reach La Chaudanne in 5 minutes, where you will find the main lift hub (Rhodos & Saulire) and ski school meeting points. At the end of your ski day, you can return to the Morel area on the blue 'Hulotte' piste.
The walk into the centre of Méribel (500m away) takes just 10 minutes downhill, and offers plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. There is also a regular bus that circulates the village and passes the property heading to the Rond Point.

From the moment you arrive into your luxury ski accommodation, the resort team will ensure you will be well-looked after. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a personalised welcome, complete with a welcome pack of essentials for the week, to ensure your luxury ski holiday begins in the best possible way! Each morning, daily breakfast will be delivered to your accommodation, providing the perfect fuel for those long ski days. The concierge service will be able to recommend and book any restaurant reservations, letting you experience the best bars and restaurants in resort and on the mountain for lunch and dinners.
The chalet team will conduct daily cleaning and end of stay cleaning, to make sure your luxury ski accommodation is well-looked after during your stay. On request, a mid-week linen change can be offered.
For those looking for a traditional luxury ski holiday, this stylish mountain home offers guests a self catered service with all the trimmings. From the moment you arrive into your luxury ski accommodation, the resort team will ensure you will be well-looked after. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a personalised welcome, complete with a welcome pack of essentials for the week, to ensure your luxury ski holiday begins in the best possible way! Beds will be made up for arrival and the property will be set up with all you could need, from luxury toiletries in the bathrooms to bathrobes and slippers for comfort. The team will even be round for some mid-week housekeeping, a nice refresh to the property halfway through your holiday.
On both self catered and bed & breakfast services, an on request, in-resort shuttle service will transport you from the chalet to the ski lifts and village. Operating from 8:30am-6pm ensures you will be able to make the first and last lifts of the day, before returning to your chalet to unwind.
This operator allows you to tailor-make the holiday you desire. Additional services can be arranged (at an extra cost), including ski equipment rental, massage treatments, additional cleaning, baby equipment and additional parking, can be organised for you. Please note, this operator provides these additional services in-house, working with trusted partners in resort. Should you opt to arrange your own service providers, and they need access to the property (for example, in-chalet equipment fitting, massages and beauty treatments), this will incur an extra fee for access to the property. Should you wish to arrange an additional service that the operator are unable to provide (for example, private chefs), an access badge to the property will be provided at no additional cost, with advance notice given prior to arrival.
