Chalet Debussy in Morzine is a charming and unique four-bedroom property, located just outside of the village of Moriond, suitable for 8 adults and 7 children. Perfect for luxury family ski holidays in the Portes du Soleil, this former traditional Savoyard farmhouse has been beautifully decorated to blend a modern style which complements the craftsmanship and history of the original building.
Spread over three floors, Chalet Debussy's main living areas are located under the eaves of the property. Sitting beneath vaulted ceilings and a network of exposed beams, the open-plan living area retains an authentic charm and a cosy atmosphere to relax in after a cold day on the slopes, with a large window that gives a glimpse to the snowy conditions outside. In one corner, a large, L-shaped sofa presents a fantastic spot to lounge by the suspended fireplace, as aromas flood the space from the open kitchen on the opposite side of the room. To keep to the rustic, contemporary style found in the living areas, a 200-year-old dining table is situated in the centre of the room, for 10 guests to dine in the evenings. Bar stools, under the kitchen's breakfast bar, provides further seating. Following mealtimes, fall into the comfort of the TV snug area, up the stairs, complete with bean bags to chill and enjoy a drink from the chalet's bar area.
A south-facing balcony leads out from Chalet Debussy's main living floor, offering an idyllic spot for late night stargazing or morning alfresco coffees, taking in snowy views of the valley up to the Nyon in the distance. Additionally, a secondary balcony is located on the chalet's entrance floor, which houses an outdoor hot tub that's perfect for post-ski relaxation. A small seating area lies just inside from this outdoor space, for guests patiently waiting for their wellness session to begin.
In total, Chalet Debussy accommodates for a total of 15 guests, 8 adults and 7 children, across its four en-suite bedrooms. The bedrooms adopt a modern and light design, with neutral colour palettes and homely furnishings, whilst still incorporating the farmhouse's origins through a meticulous use of wooden materials. Out of the four double bedrooms, three have additional sleeping space for children, making the chalet a great option for family ski holiday in Morzine. Two rooms also benefit from access to a shared balcony for added luxury.
Chalet Debussy shares an entrance hallway, a sauna, a boot room and outdoor parking with Chalet Bizet, which sits on the floors above it. An EV charging point is also available. When taken together, the two chalets make a great option for larger groups of up to 24 guests.
Prices shown are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 people to include full chalet catering, selected complimentary drinks and an in-resort driver service. An additional 7 guests can stay in the chalet for a supplement, please enquire.

With an active effort to be an eco-friendly operation, this chalet proposes green incentives for low impact travel or greener menu choices and an opt-out hot tub reward (Save €200 per week). A voluntary contribution of €9 per person is also applied to your booking, given to Sustainable Mountain Futures Fund to invest in offset projects. To qualify for discounts, you must confirm the details at the time of booking.
Chalet Debussy is located in the beautiful hamlet of Le Cret, in the Montriond area of Morzine.
The Ardent gondola is located approximately 6 minutes away by car, allowing access to Avoriaz, Chatel and Switzerland. Alternatively, the Super Morzine cable car, in the centre of Morzine, can also be reached via a 6-minute drive. The Pléney gondola is also found in the resort centre.
Montriond offers a small handful of amenities, including a bar, restaurant and shop, 3 minutes away by car. The centre of Morzine has a greater selection of restaurants, bars and shops to explore. For non-skiers, Chalet Debussy also lies a 6-minute drive from Lac Montriond, a picturesque and popular French Alps Lake to visit.
