While set over two levels, the majority of Penthouse Snowgum's 172m² is found on the upper level of the duplex apartment, which is where you will find the stylish main living areas of the property. Benefitting from extra-high wooden ceilings and an open-plan layout, the lounge, dining area, and kitchen form one, free-flowing space. A sumptuous, stone-grey corner sofa sits before the warmth of the apartment's built-in fireplace. The dining table adeptly seats all 12 guests, which is found next to the fully-equipped fitted kitchen with large worktop island for food preparation. Contemporary furnishings and glamorous light fixtures help sell the sense of luxury of this stunning penthouse property. Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with mid-stay cleaning.

The apartment is also available on a bed and breakfast basis, with daily continental breakfast and daily cleaning.
