The Property
Chalet Eden is a striking luxury chalet in the heart of St. Martin de Belleville. Spanning three floors and 280m², this beautifully designed chalet accommodates 10–12 guests across five elegant bedrooms. With a prime central location and a range of indulgent wellness facilities, it offers the perfect setting for a high-end escape to the French Alps.
The main living space is located on the top floor, where high vaulted ceilings and exposed wooden beams set a tone of refined alpine elegance. At one end, a cosy lounge area is centred around a welcoming gas fireplace, with plush sofas providing ample seating for everyone. Large picture windows frame breathtaking views over the valley, adding to the sense of serenity. Further along, a grand banquet-style dining table invites shared meals, set against the backdrop of beautifully displayed wine cabinets. Nearby, the fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with everything needed to craft delicious meals during your stay. Outdoor terraces at both ends of the chalet offer generous space to relax and soak up the crisp mountain air.
Chalet Eden features everything you need to totally relax, with a great offering of wellness amenities within the property. Slip into the crisp alpine air and straight into the outdoor Nordic hot tub, whilst soaking up the stunning mountain backdrop. Further to this, back inside there is a spacious Hammam and also a massage room, should you wish to complete your therapy session and descend into total relaxation.
Comfortably accommodating 10–12 guests across five beautifully appointed bedrooms, Chalet Eden offers an ideal setting for your luxury ski holiday. Designed with a minimalist colour palette and accented by touches of traditional alpine wood, the interiors offer a calm and welcoming retreat. Each bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom, with most opening onto outdoor spaces and some even granting direct access to the Nordic hot tub. On the ground floor, the family suite includes a double bed and bunk beds, making it perfectly suited for those travelling with children.
For added convenience, the chalet is equipped with an internal elevator, a ski room with boot warmers, laundry facilities, and a private garage.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis to include daily housekeeping.
Please note, the chalet only offers pre-arrival assistance and in-resort concierge services when you opt into a concierge package. Should you opt in, additional services will be able to be arranged for you on request. (Package upgrades also available).
Location
Tucked away in the heart of St Martin de Belleville, Chalet Eden is a luxurious mountain retreat with a central position just moments from the village centre. The property is ideally located, just a 4-minute walk to the Village drag lift and beginner slope, which leads directly to the Saint Martin gondola and onward to the vast Three Valleys ski area.
The main gondola station can also be reached in just 2 minutes by car or an easy 8-minute walk from Chalet Eden. It's also where you'll find the main ski school meeting points and a selection of slope-side dining options. Due to its central location, you can enjoy easy access to local shops, bars, and restaurants, all within a short stroll from the chalet.

A stay at this luxury self catered property is one of maximum enjoyment and comfort, allowing you to switch off from the stresses of everyday life. The team is available to take care of everything with the accommodation before, during and after your stay, ensuring one of comfort and ease. In addition to having all the essentials taken care of, from bed linen on arrival, luxury bathroom products, towels, you will find extra little touches designed to bring a smile to your face, such as a special welcome pack and champagne reception at the property.
At this luxury property, a concierge service is available on an opt-in basis. Should you wish for some form of pre-arrival and in-resort assistance, there are three levels of services available to you:
The Snow Pass covers your ski essentials, including the organisation of ski passes delivered to your accommodation and ski equipment hire for the duration of your holiday.
The Booking Pass includes everything that the Snow Pass does, with further assistance in booking numerous activities. From restaurant reservations on the mountain and in resort, to all important ski lessons for members of your party, and the organisation of grocery and bakery deliveries, the Booking Pass will have you covered. The team will also help with transfers to and from resort, arranging childcare for families with children, and booking of other non-skiing activities.
The most comprehensive option, the Serenity Pass, covers the first two passes alongside any additional chalet services. Catering options such as meal deliveries, private chefs, and butler services, as well as private transport options during your holiday can be arranged with the Serenity Pass.
Please note, additional cleaning services can be added without the need for any of the passes. The concierge passes allow for assistance with these services, but extra charges for these additional services will still apply. You can opt-in to or upgrade the concierge services at any time before or during your holiday, but for the optimum assistance, it is recommended you do so at the time of booking, so your in-resort team can best meet your requirements.
