The Property
Apartment Choucas Noir is a luxury apartment with an unbeatable central location in Val d'Isère. Perfect for larger groups of friends who want to have the resort at their fingertips, the chalet can sleep a maximum of 12 guests across six en-suite bedrooms.
The apartment is found on the second floor of the building and can be accessed via either the stairs or an internal elevator. A semi open-plan lounge and dining area dominates one half of Apartment Choucas Noir. Stylish luxury interiors and high-quality furnishings of white leather sofas and cowhide seats fill the comfortable lounge, which is kept separate from the dining space by a focal fireplace in the room's centre. Hanging antler light fixtures sit above the banquet table, where you will tuck into your delicious feasts each night. Separate to the dining area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen.
Running the expanse of the apartment, a south-east facing balcony provides an enticing spot to spend a warmer winter evening, with spots for alfresco dining and some picturesque mountain views to be enjoyed, while relaxing with a refreshing drink.
Apartment Choucas Noir includes access to a number of facilities to aid in relaxation after a busy day up the mountain. There is a steam room where you can relieve those stiff joints and aching muscles that come with a hard day of skiing, while a massage room is available for anyone looking for a more targeted spa therapy treatment.
After dinner entertainment is provided in the form of a pool table that sits between the dining and lounge areas. Have yourself a few drinks and games of pool before taking advantage of the apartment's fantastic central location and hitting the bars of the town. Alternatively, if you're after a quieter night in, a TV snug offers a cosy place to enjoy a movie night before retiring for the night.
There are six bedrooms to Apartment Choucas Noir, sleeping up to 12 guests. Sophisticated wood panelling, plush beds and neutral tones make up these dignified suites, which are all serviced by stylish en-suite bath and shower rooms. There are 5 double bedrooms, some with the capability of being twin rooms, and a bunk bedroom with full-sized beds, perfect for kids or adults.
For added convenience, the property also offers parking and laundry facilities.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and is offered on a fully catered basis with housekeeping on 5 days.
The chalet can also be booked on a self-catered basis.
Location
Apartment Choucas Noir is perfectly located for absolute convenience during your luxury ski holiday in Val d'Isère. You can't get more centrally located than this, with an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés right on your doorstep.
You are also only a 5 minute walk up the road to the main snow front of Val d'Isère. Here you will find the main lifts of the Solaise gondola and Olympique cable car, as well as the nursery slopes. This is also where you will find the main ski school meeting points and a number of slopeside cafés and bars.
