The Property
The modern, well appointed Apartment La Face 1 boasts one of the best locations in Val d'Isere. Just a stone's throw from the edge of the world famous Face de Bellevarde piste and within easy reach of the town centre, this 5-bedroom apartment really ticks all the boxes.
Apartment La Face 1 is a stylish and modern apartment situated on the first floor. The open-plan living area is a great space to both start, and finish your day. Enjoy a morning coffee in the relaxed sofa area with its contemporary fittings and fixtures, or wander onto the balcony to see the village below waking up. Breakfast can be enjoyed in front of the large windows, providing far reaching views up the valley, with the spire of the old town church providing a classic focal point.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen allows you complete flexibility and the option to chat with your friends seated around the large dining table as you prepare the meals.
At the end of the day, head to the balcony where you will discover a superbly located Jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing those tired muscles after a wonderful day cruising the pistes of the Espace Killy.
Once you have skied, eaten and relaxed, it's time to head for bed. The apartment comes with 5 cosy bedrooms, four double bedrooms (one is windowless) and 1 bunk room can sleep up to 10 adults in comfort. All these bedrooms come complete with en-suite facilities, giving a great solution for both groups of families and friends alike.
For convenience, the Apartment La Face 1 can be accessed by an elevator and also comes with one car parking space, laundry facilities and a ski room with boot warmers.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 10 guests on a self-catered basis, to include mid-stay cleaning.
Please note, the chalet only offers pre-arrival assistance and in-resort concierge services when you opt into a concierge package. Should you opt in, additional services will be able to be arranged for you on request. (Package upgrades also available).
Location
Perched just off the edge of the Face de Bellevarde piste and just a 4 minutes' walk from both the Bellevarde Express or L'Olympique gondolas, Apartment La Face 1 boasts easy access to the whole of the Espace Killy Ski Area. At this same point, you will find the ski school meeting point and nursery slopes, making this an ideal base for families who want everything in easy reach. Advanced skiers can ski to within 40 metres of the chalet.
The main village centre along with a great selection of local shops, bars, and restaurants are within 10 minutes' walk of the property.

At this luxury property, a concierge service is available on an opt-in basis. Should you wish for some form of pre-arrival and in-resort assistance, there are three levels of services available to you:
The Snow Pass covers your ski essentials, including the organisation of ski passes delivered to your accommodation and ski equipment hire for the duration of your holiday.
The Booking Pass includes everything that the Snow Pass does, with further assistance in booking numerous activities. From restaurant reservations on the mountain and in resort, to all important ski lessons for members of your party, and the organisation of grocery and bakery deliveries, the Booking Pass will have you covered. The team will also help with transfers to and from resort, arranging childcare for families with children, and booking of other non-skiing activities.
The most comprehensive option, the Serenity Pass, covers the first two passes alongside any additional chalet services. Catering options such as meal deliveries, private chefs, and butler services, as well as private transport options during your holiday can be arranged with the Serenity Pass.
Please note, additional cleaning services can be added without the need for any of the passes. The concierge passes allow for assistance with these services, but extra charges for these additional services will still apply. You can opt-in to or upgrade the concierge services at any time before or during your holiday, but for the optimum assistance, it is recommended you do so at the time of booking, so your in-resort team can best meet your requirements.
