The Property
Chalet Vanoise in Val d'Isère is a traditional alpine chalet, accommodating larger groups of between 10 and 14 guests across five spacious bedrooms. Located in the peaceful hamlet of Le Fornet at the top of the valley, showcasing a unique design and complete with an outdoor hot tub, the chalet makes for a great option for those looking for a relaxing catered ski holiday in Val d'Isère.
Chalet Vanoise features an authentic style, using materials including light alpine wood and locally-sourced stone alongside a unique variety of furnishings and decorations, both traditionally alpine and luxury in nature. Designed with convivial living in mind, the chalet's living spaces adopt an open-plan layout. Multiple sofas across the living space allow you to rest your legs after a day of skiing in Val d'Isère, with one of these positioned beside the wood-burning, traditional stone fireplace. The dining area and spacious open kitchen sit at the far end of the freely-flowing, open-plan living areas, ready to host you for your indulgent mealtimes. Balconies off either end of this floor allow you to admire the surrounding mountain scenery in the crisp alpine air.
After a long day exploring the vast Tignes-Val d'Isère ski area, there are few better ways to unwind than with a soothing soak in the bubbling waters of the Chalet Vanoise's outdoor hot tub.
Chalet Vanoise can accommodate up to 14 guests across 5 beautiful bedrooms. The bedrooms are spacious and inviting; noble wood lines the interiors, large windows invite natural light, and cosy bedding ensures an idyllic rest. Two double/twin bedrooms, one designated as a master suite, are found on the second floor beneath extra tall ceilings. The other three bedrooms are found the floor below, including a family room with double bunk bed and four additional single bunks. Each room offers direct balcony access, with either en-suite or shared bath or shower facilities.
For added convenience, the chalet has a ski room with boot warmers.
For larger groups who wish to be close together, the chalet neighbours the similarly styled Chalet Sarire, which accommodates groups of 10-16.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests and is offered on a fully catered basis with daily housekeeping and in-resort driver service.

Location
Found in the picturesque Le Fornet hamlet of Val d'Isère, Chalet Vanoise offers a quiet spot with plenty of privacy and great accessibility.
The Le Fornet cable car sits less than 200m from the chalet, just a 3-minute walk, allowing quick and easy access to the slopes of Val d'Isère. You can also utilise the in-resort driver service to be dropped off here, or instead at the main snow front by the centre of Val d'Isère. A 6-minute drive from the chalet, the snow front features a number of lifts, including the Solaise gondola and Olympique cable car, as well as ski school meeting points and a free beginner's chairlift.
A 5-minute drive down the valley brings you into the bustling centre of Val d'Isère, where you will find a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and boutique shops. There's also a restaurant found closer to the property, at the foot of the Le Fornet gondola.

The team pride themselves on the quality of their catering service. The menus are generous and indulgent, with freshly prepared food delivered by your dedicated and friendly chalet team. The chalet team consists of both chefs and chalet hosts, allowing each to focus on a singular role and deliver the best customer service experience possible. Menus are focused around French and mountain cuisine, with influences from all over the world to keep things fresh and exciting.
A hearty, cooked and continental breakfast awaits you on 5 mornings, with a continental service on the other 2 days. After a long day exploring the slopes, guests are welcomed back to freshly baked cakes or biscuits, a selection of breads & jams, and a range of teas & coffees. Bottled wine curated from a selection of red, white, and rosé is procured to pair with your 4-course evening meals on 6 nights. This operator focuses on quality, easy-drinking wines that complement the menu; any additional upgrades or specific requests can be arranged in advance for an additional cost. Additionally, as part of your pre-arrival concierge service, feel free to discuss any dietary needs and special touches you'd like to include, allowing the chefs to personalise your experience before you arrive!
For your convenience, this luxury chalet comes with an in-resort driver service. Operating 6 days a week (with Thursday's off), a 7-seater shuttle is on hand to take you around the resort, whether to the ski lifts, bars, restaurants, or shops. The service typically runs between the hours of 8am-11am and 4pm-7pm, ideal for the start and end of your ski day, please enquire for further information.
