The Property
The LV Estate Chalets in Cortina d'Ampezzo are a pair of spacious, luxurious chalets in a 7,000m² estate featuring an unbelievable array of fantastic facilities. The two chalets, LV | 01 Dolce Vita & LV | 02 Perla, total 1,800m² of interior space, can accommodate up to 24 guests, with both including spa areas with swimming pools. These luxury chalets are brilliant options for large family gatherings, celebrations, and corporate retreats.
The LV Estate Chalets both feature similarly sophisticated styles, utilising refined interiors, sleek wooden floors and beams, sumptuous designer furnishings, and interesting artwork. There are multiple lounge areas across the two chalets, most with fireplaces, alongside formal dining seating and stylish bars. There is space in LV | 01 Dolce Vita for up to 24 guests to dine together, meaning you can enjoy convivial mealtimes as a whole group when taking both chalets. State-of-the-art kitchens are fully equipped with everything your in-chalet Michelin-trained Chef could need to prepare these gourmet delicacies, while the underground wine cellar is one of the finest private collections in all of Italy, with carefully selected vintages to pair with these feasts. Balconies offer stunning views over the village towards the Tofane mountain range, while a generous garden area is perfect for children to play in.
The two chalets of the LV Estate each feature a wonderful spa area, idyllic havens to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes. LV | 01 Dolce Vita boasts a gigantic, 20m swimming pool, with an integrated Jacuzzi at one end and cascading waterfall feature. There is also a sauna, massage room, and chalet gym. Meanwhile, LV | 02 Perla's spa area takes its inspiration from the Japanese art of Zen, with a relaxing Jacuzzi pool, soothing sauna, and elegant Hammam. This chalet also has its own gym and massage room.
Sumptuous soundproof cinema rooms can be found in both chalets, providing relaxing evening entertainment for your groups. In addition to his, any family ski holidays to Cortina will be well-suited to a stay at the LV Estate Chalets. There is a soft play area in LV | 01 Dolce Vita, with the ability to transform the cinema room of LV | 02 Perla into a second one. The garden also has outdoor play equipment for kids to enjoy.
Both LV Estate Chalets have six bedrooms apiece, with the two chalets having a combined occupancy of 24 guests. The bedrooms have an individual, elegantly refined style, most accompanied by an opulent en-suite bathroom adorned with rich Italian marble. Most bedrooms are double rooms, with a couple of guest twin rooms and one children's bunk room for two. Most bedrooms also have access to a balcony, treating you with beautiful views of the surrounding mountain peaks and the charming mountain resort.
There is outdoor and underground parking available for a total of 16 vehicles at the LV Estate Chalets. Both chalets have ski rooms with boot warmers, and also elevators.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalets on a fully staffed basis with a private chef for breakfast and dinner preparations, 24/7 in-resort driver service, full time professional butler and daily housekeeping. Food and drink are charged as extra.
