The Property

Chalet Ardoise sits in the private hamlet of Les Rives d'Argentière, accommodating up to 13 guests across 5 beautiful bedrooms and a mezzanine snug. This chalet is one of our four uniquely designed luxury chalets, each with their own individual character, to rent individually or as a group.

Chalet Ardoise manages to find the balance between feeling both cosy and spacious. Picture windows on all sides draw in natural light and highlight the character of the chalet. Vaulted ceilings of exposed wood beams showcase the alpine heritage of the property, which has been constructed and decorated with natural materials, including wood, slate, and wool. On the uppermost level, you will find a sizeable open-plan living area connecting the kitchen, dining area and lounge. The bold colour choice of the plush lounge sofas is sure to draw your eye. Situated adjacent to the large French windows, guests have an ideal area to kick up their feet after a busy day on the slopes, admiring the views of the stunning mountain scenery, with a glass of wine in hand. A wood-burning fireplace ensures guests are warm throughout the entire space, adding to the already cosy atmosphere. The dining table is located near the kitchen, separated by a breakfast bar. Large balcony and terrace areas can be accessed from the first and ground floors, offering guests a more intimate viewing platform of the surrounding valley.

In the evening, after a tiresome day on the slopes, you may find yourself slipping into the sunken hot tub, glass of champagne in hand, admiring the gorgeous views of the Chamonix Valley.

Chalet Ardoise can host 13 guests across 5 bedrooms. Plush bedding and a modern-luxe wood cabin interior offer guests an inviting place to rest, with bold colour choices for an individual character. The first floor houses the master bedroom equipped with en-suite facilities, with access to another bed in a mezzanine space. The rest of the bedrooms are found on the ground floor, which includes a dormitory-style bedroom with four single beds. Most of these rooms also offer terrace access, with all completed by private en-suite facilities.

The chalet boasts a multitude of shared facilities, open to all residents of the hamlet of Les Rives d'Argentière. A sauna and hammam offer rejuvenating wellbeing, where a quick session will help revitalise guests, preparing them for whatever the mountain has in store for them. For some deeper muscle therapy, the massage room is available for a bespoke treatment, while a gym is also on hand for keeping in your best shape. Guests are also welcome to make use of the conference room, an ideal space for any corporate retreats. This space also doubles as a cinema room, where a family movie night is the perfect way to unwind for the evening.

For convenience, Chalet Ardoise has a ski room with boot warmers, laundry facilities, and garage parking, with the shared underground garage connecting the four chalets of Les Rives d'Argentière.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 13 guests and is offered on a fully catered basis with selected complimentary drinks and use of the shared facilities.

The chalet can also be taken on a self catered basis with daily housekeeping service.
