Chalet V in La Tzoumaz is a wonderful property, offering a modern blend of Alpine character and luxury contemporary design. This homely and characterful chalet provides stunning scenery, calming wellness facilities and cosy living spaces. With five bedrooms, this would be perfect for a family ski holiday in Switzerland or relaxing base for a group of friends.
Within Chalet V an impressive double height living area offers an alluring welcome on your arrival. Large wrap-around mountain views and a generous stone fireplace allow you to soak up the Alpine atmosphere. To one side a relaxed sofa area, provides an ideal convivial living space whilst adjacent a large wooden table presents a prime spot for dining. The open-plan kitchen provides a classy farmhouse feel to the space and with unique lighting and artwork there are pops of personality all around you to amuse the eyes.
A standout space for Chalet V is its large terrace, which allows your group plenty of entertainment into your evenings. Step outside and be wowed by panoramic views of the surrounding peaks, relax with a vin chaud to the warmth of the firepit, or take a dip in the outdoor pool under the stars. The pool is heated to 32°c and even includes a counter current to allow you an exercising swim session if preferred. Also on the terrace, the extra large outdoor hot tub offers a second, and perhaps more rejuvenating, spot to unwind. There is also a steam shower and a sauna back inside to complete the wellness experience. For those who wish to loosen tight ski legs in an alternative fashion, Chalet V also features gym facilities with a boxing bag, rowing machine, exercise bike and a great range of free weights for your workout needs.
On the lower floor of the chalet, a TV lounge gives a cosy space to retreat to with a preferred film. There is also a table tennis found in the chalet garage and a retro pinball machine, for moments of competition amongst your family or friends. The last compliment to this luxury chalet in La Tzoumaz, is the well stocked wine cellar where à la carte wines can be selected if desired.
Chalet V has five sumptuous bedroom suites on offer for its guests. The master bedroom takes prime position exclusively on the top floor, with an elegant open-plan layout, peaked ceilings and snowy views. Neutral greys, a deep bath tub and walk in closet make this an opulent space for any guest. The remaining four bedrooms are found on the first floor. Three further double bedrooms and a children's bunk room, for 4, complete the space. To suit your group make up, one of these rooms can be made as a twin if desired. Each guest can choose between three shower rooms, allowing each guest bedroom a private bathroom if desired, with just the children in the bunk room having to be granted shared use.
For convenience, the chalet also offers plenty of private parking, an internal elevator and laundry facilities. On top of this, in the village centre at the Gondola station, the property has an exclusive and private parking space and ski room. If staying at Chalet V with your own car, then things couldn't be more simple for you to make the most of the ski area and village amenities.
The prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 adults and 4 children and is offered on a family style fully catered package (daily continental breakfast & 5 x 3-course evening meals, served with house wine).
For an added supplement of CHF 9750, it is possible to upgrade the catered package to a full gourmet package (daily cooked & continental breakfast, afternoon tea and 6 x 4-course gourmet dinner service, served with house wine) and a selection of complimentary drinks.
The chalet is also available on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping.
Chalet V is nestled into a breathtaking spot, offering fabulous views of the Rhone Alps in the Valais region. Tucked away in the village of La Tzoumaz, this chalet mirrors the standards of its competition over the hill in popular Verbier, whilst offering families and groups a more tranquil laid back location.
La Tzoumaz, offers a charming centre with a welcome selection of shops, bars and restaurants, to give you access to everything you may need during your holiday. The center and the La Tzoumaz gondola are both within a 4-minute drive from the chalet, and with your own private parking spot and ski room at the gondola, you'll be able to hit the slopes with ease and comfort. Verbier is reached in 20 minutes by skiing.

On the first floor, there are two shower rooms. The first features a double walk-in shower (also steam shower), double sink and toilet. The second has a large walk-in shower, large sauna, double sink and direct access to the Jacuzzi and infinity pool. There is a separate toilet. On the second floor, a further shower room with sink and toilet can be found.

Make an EnquirySkiing holidays are more than just spending superb days on the slopes and enjoying the sun. It is an all day long experience where the choice of accommodation is equally important. At Chalet V, the chalet team will ensure your stay is care free and relaxing, providing a consistently high level of service. The Chalet V is staffed by an experienced team of hospitality providers. The staff specialise in making your holiday a perfect lasting private luxury experience. A concierge service is also provided for your convenience, to help with restaurant reservations, ski lessons and ski passes, excursions and massages.
At Chalet V you will be offered the Alpine Family Formula. Upon arrival you will receive a personal welcome to the chalet with 3 bottles of champagne and canapés. Every morning, served from 08:00 to 09:30, you will receive a luxury continental breakfast including healthy local products, baked goods, seasonal fruits, preserves, yoghurts. On 5 evenings you will also receive a 3-course dinner with some local wines during dinner to finish the meal off. Dinner is served at 19:00 with kid’s menus being served at 18:30 if desirable. Housekeeping will take place 7 days a week with a mid-week towel change. You will also find luxury toiletries (Arran of Scotland), slippers, robes, plush towels and the finest Italian stitch linen.
Alternatively, the Ultimate Luxury Experience supplies you with the ‘full gourmet experience’. This experience allows you to sit back and relax, giving you as much time as possible to enjoy your week with the family. During your stay you will be free to enjoy a daily cooked and continental breakfast. The breakfast consists of healthy local products, baked goods, seasonal fruits, preserves, yoghurts and cereals, vegan homemade smoothies. Afternoon tea will be provided on 6 days. After a long day out on the slopes, a freshly baked afternoon tea (sweet or savoury) will be laid out for you to enjoy. On 6 days of your stay, you will all be able to socialise over a lovely 4-course evening dinner with European wine pairings. The chef will adapt each meal to any preferences, dietary requirements or other specific requests. To help with entertainment, pre-dinner cocktails or champagne with canapés will be provided as well as soft drinks and beers, which will be available throughout your stay. Daily housekeeping will occur, including midweek linen change. Once again, a luxury selection of toiletries (Hermes or Tiffanys) will be provided along with slippers, robes, plush towels and the finest Italian stitch linen.
Other services that are available on request at an additional cost include an in-Resort Driver service to and from the slopes, transfers to and from the chalet by taxi and in-chalet massages for ultimate comfort.
