Brunnenhof 10 is a spacious and homely four-bedroom apartment, spanning 130m², that sleeps 8-10 guests on the residence's second floor. Styled with a mix of modern comforts and classical alpine touches, the property presents a suitable option for families and friends looking to experience a luxury ski holiday in Lech this winter.

The main living area is open plan, connecting to the dining and kitchen space. In this space, raw wood ceilings and walls are contrasted with stylish light fixtures and modern furnishings, to bring a warm and cosy atmosphere to unwind in. A large, deep corner sofa faces the fireplace, perfect for snuggling up in the warmth after your day navigating the pistes. There's also a matching chair and a plaid ottoman for putting your feet up. In the evening, head to the wooden dining table, complete with an upholstered seating bench and matching seats for up to 8 guests, to indulge on meals inside Brunnenhof 10. Next to it, sits the kitchen with wooden drawers and charcoal black worktops, fully equipped to prepare hearty homemade food.

Double glass French doors at the end of the living room help to bring in plenty of natural light, as well as leading out onto a balcony where guests can admire the wonderful white mountains of Lech in winter.

Brunnenhof 10's bedrooms are designed in a similar style to the rest of the apartment, featuring wooden interiors complemented by patches of plaid fabric. In total, there are three doubles and a quad bunk bedroom, that's suitable for sleeping 2 adults or 4 children as required - perfect for those luxury family ski holidays in Lech! The master takes advantage of a Juliet balcony, to wake up to the beautiful surrounding scenery, and a second double room also has balcony access. All rooms have use of modern en-suite amenities.

In addition to the privacy of your own luxury ski apartment in Lech, guests staying at Brunnenhof 10 have access to a selection of exceptional shared spa facilities. Perfect following a tiring day on the mountains, the Brunnenhof residence's serene wellness area features a large indoor swimming pool, sauna, Hammam and loungers, to fully relax and recover for upcoming ski days.

For convenience, the apartment also benefits from a shared ski locker and one parking space for self-driving guests. Elevator access leads directly into the apartment too.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 10 guests and is offered on a self catered basis with daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
