The Property
The Brunnenhof residence in Lech is made up of 14 quality apartments and a spa. Brunnenhof 10 is a fantastic four bedroom apartment on the second floor of the residence, sleeping up to 10 guests.
This wonderful apartment showcases chic alpine style and contemporary fixtures and furnishings, creating a space that is both rustic and glamorous, perfectly tuned into its location.
The apartment has a stunning open plan living, dining and kitchen space, which is perfectly set up for entertaining and relaxing evenings after long days on the slopes. The living area has double glass doors that fill the room with light and lead onto the balcony, where the views across Lech are breath-taking. The dining table comfortably seats 8 guests and is the perfect setting for meals surrounded by friends and family. The fully equipped open plan kitchen is a social hub and the ideal place to create delicious dishes.
The residence has luxurious shared facilities including an indoor swimming pool, spa, Hammam and sauna which guests can make use of at their leisure.
There are four bedrooms in the apartment, each decorated in their own unique tones and style. The master-bedroom is toward the front of the property and has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower. It also enjoys the additional light that fills the room from the Juliet balcony. The second double bedroom is also towards the front of the apartment and has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and access to the balcony which is shared with the living room. The third bedroom is a double with en-suite shower room. The fourth and final bedroom is a cosy quad bunkroom, perfect for four children or two adults, with an en-suite shower room.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 10 guests on a self-catered basis, to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
The apartment is also available on a bed and breakfast basis with daily continental breakfast, daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.

The apartment is ideally located only a 10-minute walk from the centre of the village and a 6-minute walk from the nearest lift, that will whisk you up and onto the slopes.

The property will all be set up ready for the week ahead with the finest linen and towels and luxury bathroom products, and towels will be changed halfway through the week.
When staying at this luxury property on a Bed & Breakfast basis, you will be treated to a daily continental breakfast, laid out by your chalet hosts each morning. Fresh bread and pastries from a local bakery, alongside a fine assortment of regional products, including meats and cheeses, while tea, coffee and juices will also be provided, ready to fuel you for your long ski day ahead.
Should you desire, this property is also available on an accommodation only basis.
