Across 176m², Brunnenhof 11 accommodates for up to 10 guests, and is a brilliant base for families and friends looking to experience a luxury ski holiday in Lech. With beautiful, alpine chic interiors, this third-floor apartment presents a wonderful mountain home.

Brunnenhof 11 has been lovingly finished with reclaimed woods and modern furnishings, to help bring a tasteful alpine style to its interiors. The spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas feel grand, with high ceilings supported by strong wooden beams. A long, comfortable sofa welcomes you to take the weight off your feet with its matching ottoman and armchair. They sit in front of the TV and central feature fireplace, whose gentle glow adds warmth and ambience to the room. An elegant wooden dining table, seating 10, sits behind the fireplace to enjoy delicious dinners under a beautiful antler light fixture. A smaller wooden table is tucked in the corner, ideal for early children's suppers or cards games after mealtimes. The large kitchen joins the space, separated by a breakfast bar and stools, keeping the designated chef involved in the post-ski debriefs.

From the main living space, guests can venture out onto two balconies. Suitable for soaking up those sunnier mountain moments, or for simply admiring the spectacular scenery that surrounds Brunnenhof 11, there's no better spot to unwind with a drink in hand.

Brunnenhof 11's four en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests. The rooms very much continue the alpine styled interiors, with dark wood walls and ceilings, and also soft fur throws on the beds to let you cosy up at night. All bedrooms are spacious and light, thanks to beautiful doors that provide access to a balcony from each room. In total, three doubles and a quad bunk bedroom feature. The bunks are full sized and can comfortably sleep 4 adults, or can be used for little ones on a luxury family ski holiday.

In addition to the privacy of your own luxury ski apartment in Lech, guests staying at Brunnenhof 11 have access to a selection of exceptional shared spa facilities. Perfect following a tiring day on the mountains, the Brunnenhof residence's serene wellness area features a large indoor swimming pool, sauna, Hammam and loungers, to fully relax and recover for upcoming ski days.

For convenience, the apartment also benefits from a shared ski locker and one parking space for self-driving guests.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 10 guests and is offered on a self catered basis with daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
