The Property
The Brunnenhof residence in Lech is made up of 14 quality apartments and a shared spa. Brunnenhof Penthouse is an impressive chalet-apartment, sleeping up to 10 guests across the residence's top floor. The perfect option for an unforgettable luxury family ski holiday in Austria, making the most of Lech's incredible skiing, glamorous restaurants and social scene.
Double-height ceilings encapsulate the beauty of the spacious open-plan living space, with large floor-to-ceiling windows flooding this area with ample amounts of light, creating an inviting atmosphere on your return from the slopes. Take a seat on the sumptuous sofas in front of the TV, for the start of your post-ski relaxation. In warmer temperatures, venture through the double glass doors onto the balcony, to maximise the surrounding mountain scenery from Brunnenhof Penthouse's elevated position.
Indulge on your evening's delicacies seated around the large wooden dining table, perfectly positioned in front of the wood-burning fireplace, with enough space for the whole group to dine together under the glass pendant statement lighting. A modern, well-equipped kitchen, following on from the dining area, is complete with a small breakfast bar, perfect for making a quick snack or testing out your culinary skills on your chef's night off.
Guests have shared access to the exclusive spa facilities making this one of Lech's most sought-after residences. An indoor swimming pool, spa, hammam, sauna and treatment room provide the ultimate in relaxation after a hard day on the slopes. In the evening, head back up to Brunnenhof Penthouse's TV room to watch the latest blockbuster movie, to fully unwind in the evening following your spa session.
In total, Brunnenhof Penthouse sleeps up to 10 guests across its 4 luxurious en-suite bedrooms. 2 of the rooms have amazing skylight windows above each bed, allowing you to gaze up at the stars or the snow falling outside. There is also a family room, complete with a double bed, bunk beds (sleeping 2) and en-suite shower room, offering a suitable solution for mixed groups of friends and family looking for a luxury ski holiday in Lech together.
Guests staying in Brunnenhof Penthouse also have shared use of laundry facilities and a shared ski locker.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 10 guests and is offered on a self catered basis with daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.

Location
The Brunnenhof Penthouse is ideally located just a short walk away from everything you could need on your ski holiday. The nearest ski lifts, Schlosskopf and Schleggelkopf, are situated an approximate 6 and 12 minute walks away from the penthouse respectively. If you are an experienced skier, you can ski back close to the residence, as it is located only a few hundred metres from the piste.
The village centre, featuring a range of stylish boutiques and restaurants, is also a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk away.

The property will all be set up ready for the week ahead with the finest linen and towels and luxury bathroom products, and towels will be changed halfway through the week.
Should you desire, this property is also available on an accommodation only basis. Perfect for groups who want total privacy and freedom on their ski holiday, you will be left to your own devices without the services of staff, although you can still expect your luxury apartment to be well set up ready for your arrival.
