The Property
The Nidus Apartment 1 is the ideal base for a small family or group of friends who are keen skiers. The apartment is contemporary and minimal in design giving it a spacious, tranquil atmosphere.
The front door opens into the open-plan living area. There is a fully equipped kitchen to the left and the hallway opens up to the beautifully lit, and neutrally decorated living and dining area. The dining table easily accommodates six and the living room has a sumptuous, striking sofa giving the space a vibrant feel. There is a TV for cosy nights in and outside access via a floor to ceiling glass door. At the far end of the hallway is an elegant master bedroom with exclusive access to the outside terrace area through the large glass doors.
Following is the children`s bunk room with two generously sized bunk beds, a TV and plenty of storage.
Just off the living area is a further double room with a comfortable king size bed. There is also a guest WC and a bathroom, beautifully finished and complete with a large bath, sublime for a post-ski soak.
Guests have access to a wonderful shared ski room with heated boot warmers.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 6 guests on a self-catered basis, to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
The apartment is also available on a bed and breakfast basis with daily continental breakfast, daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
Accommodation only rates without housekeeping or mid-week towel change are also available, please enquire.

Nidus Apartment 1 is in the ideal location, about a 10 minute stroll from the centre of Lech and a 2 minute walk to the Schlosskopf chairlift which takes you to one of the largest ski areas in Europe.

Available for a self catered luxury ski holiday, you can expect daily housekeeping services to keep the luxury property in spotless condition all week. The property will all be set up ready for the week ahead with the finest linen and towels and luxury bathroom products, and towels will be changed halfway through the week.
When staying at this luxury property on a Bed & Breakfast basis, you will be treated to a daily continental breakfast, laid out by your chalet hosts each morning. Fresh bread and pastries from a local bakery, alongside a fine assortment of regional products, including meats and cheeses, while tea, coffee and juices will also be provided, ready to fuel you for your long ski day ahead.
Should you desire, this property is also available on an accommodation only basis. Perfect for groups who want total privacy and freedom on their ski holiday, you will be left to your own devices without the services of staff, although you can still expect your luxury apartment to be well set up ready for your arrival.
