The upper floor of the chalet houses the main living areas. Contemporary furniture and funky local artwork adorn the stylish lounge that brings a traditional chalet feel to the present day. There is a classy, two-sided fireplace and giant TV to lay about in front of but the standout feature has to be the majestic grand piano that ties the room together with a touch of elegance. On the other side of the fireplace you will find the kitchen and dining area of The Residence. A smart dining table comfortably sits eight, with a sleek, modern kitchen close by and an additional corner dining area that would be perfect for children or a more informal dining experience. Head out onto the balconies for some postcard-worthy views of the snowy mountain landscape.
When staying at The Residence, you can head outside onto a sunny terrace where you will find an enticing, bubbling hot tub to soothe your aching muscles and enjoy a thirst-quenching beverage as you contemplate the day's escapades.
On the lower floor, there is a sumptuous cinema room for guests to make use of. Settle down to a movie marathon in the privacy of your own chalet with several comfortable lounge chairs and surround sound system delivering a true cinema experience in a cosy and warming space.
There are four delightful double bedrooms in The Residence, spread between the two floors of the chalet. The most special of all is the master bedroom suite which has a freestanding bathtub, separate shower room, sitting area and fireplace. Three additional double bedrooms of various sizes come complete with en-suite bath or shower rooms. The bedrooms all fit a chic, modern style that pays tribute to classic Alpine interiors of traditional Austrian chalets.
Guests staying at The Residence also have the luxury of all the shared facilities of the boutique hotel, Severin*s Alpine Retreat. The hotel spa is almost as big as the chalet and has a heated indoor swimming pool with counter-current, whirlpool and waterfall features, multiple saunas, a steam room and gym; whether you're looking to indulge in relaxing pamper sessions or take part in a further workout on return from the slopes, you will be well covered here. There is also a hotel restaurant, and a lounge and bar for some sociable get togethers as well as a wine cellar with a fine selection to choose from. Not only that but you will also benefit from the same luxury services that guests of the hotel are provided with, all while staying in the privacy of your own chalet.
At The Residence you will have one private car parking space in the Severin*s Alpine Retreat's garage and a heated ski locker for your equipment in the ski room.

Located in the charming village of Lech am Arlberg and found nestled in the hillside of the Stubenbach area of this resort, The Residence is part of the exclusive and luxurious Severin*s Alpine Retreat.
Only a five minute drive away from the nearest ski lifts. Residents are welcome to use the hotels complimentary shuttle service that is operated in-resort. Guests can also be driven to ski lifts in the entire Arlberg region.
The centre of the village is also 5 minutes away by car or a 20 minute walk. In the evenings, please note that there is no driver service available.
