Chalet Kobuk is a modern and stylish property, nestled in one of the most scenic locations in town, ideal for those in search of a luxurious ski chalet in Avoriaz. Offering the perfect balance of contemporary design and alpine charm, the property boasts a range of fantastic facilities, ensuring that every guest enjoys the utmost comfort and convenience during their stay.
The main living area of Chalet Kobuk is thoughtfully designed to create an inviting and cozy atmosphere. The space blends contemporary style with traditional alpine charm, featuring bright furnishings that perfectly complement the natural wood elements throughout. At the heart of the room, a feature wall subtly separates the living area from the dining space, maintaining an open-plan flow while still offering intimate areas for relaxation. This wall is also home to a stunning fireplace, providing both heat and ambiance to both the living and dining areas. Whether you're curled up on the sofa or enjoying a meal at the dining table, you can take in the beauty of the surrounding mountains from the large picture frame windows that line the space.
Upstairs there is a separate mezzanine living area, somewhere you are likely to find the children relaxing playing games or watching a film, whilst the adults socialise downstairs. An added luxury to this property comes in the form of the spa and relaxation area, where you can slip away and hop into the Sauna or Hammam, taking some time for yourself to recoup some energy.
In total, Chalet Kobuk sleeps 8 to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms, spread out across the lower floors. Each of the rooms have an en-suite bathroom or shower room and can be arranged as a double or twin. In addition to the three bedrooms, the chalet has a master bedroom with a separate bunk room for two additional guests. Each of these rooms have breath-taking views from the large windows or balconies of the surrounding snow-capped mountains.
For convenience there is a private ski room located at the entrance of the chalet, with ski boot warmers.
Prices are per person and are based on 2 adults sharing a room. The price includes full chalet catering, selected drinks, and a complimentary return coach transfer from Geneva Airport (set times apply).
Please note that guests staying in the bunk beds will be charged half the per person price. Child and smaller group discounts will apply.
Chalet Kobuk is located in a fantastic position, with great access to skiing and with commanding views down the valley. Perched on the hillside, very close to the piste, you can clip your skis on right outside the chalet door and glide along the path (snow permitting), to join the piste which is just 150m away. Upon return, you can either glide via the path from above (snow permitting), or you would need to come back up the piste below by a short walk.
You can access all the facilities, bars and restaurants that Avoriaz has to offer, all within a 5-15 walk from the property.

Make an EnquiryThis dedicated chalet team highlights of the importance that the simple things that really matter are done supremely well, in order to make your ski chalet holiday easy. From warm ski boots in the morning to dedicated hosts who will help you with local advice for your ski day. From nannies with a little photo album at the end of the week to multimedia sockets to play your music, images or films. From the utter bliss of a post-piste professional massage or perhaps a manicure and facial, down to the fluffy towels. Silly little stuff like that is important to them, and so they know it will be important to you too.
Your catered stay consists of many elements, making your experience that bit more special. Upon arrival at Geneva Airport, you will be greeted by the team and taken to your chalet via coach. When entering the chalet, your beds will be made, and you will be provided with complimentary toiletries, bath and hand towels. Daily cleaning will be provided on 6 days of the week, and you will have the dedication of one host (up to 10 guests) or two chalet hosts (over 10 guests) for the duration of your stay, assisting with dinner and other aspects of your holiday if required.
A catered chalet holiday is all about the food…their chefs and hosts are passionate about food and hugely sensitive to the appetite of a hungry skier whilst considering a balanced diet. Their new and refined menus are heavy enough to reward mountain exertion yet light and simple enough to leave you grinning, not groaning. During a week's stay in the chalet, you will be catered for 6 days, being provided with a three course set evening meal with cheese board and coffee, as well as a selection of house wines, cordials and sparkling water during dinner. Breakfast is provided on 7 days a week- 6 days with both cooked and/or continental breakfast options are available, and on the chalet host's day off, a self-service continental spread will be set up, to ensure you are energised for your day on the mountains. As if this isn't enough, a selection of home-made cakes are waiting for you in the chalet once you have finished for the day. Not to mention that canapés are provided on the first and last evening of your stay! For an additional cost, you can upgrade this to canapés on 6 nights of your holiday, along with free flowing unlimited beer available throughout your stay.
When you arrive, a complimentary selection of drinks is provided by the fully stocked classic "cool box". When taking a chalet for exclusive use, guests have the option of the classic (soft drinks, beers and tonic waters), beer (just beers) or mixer box (no beers, extra soft drinks and tonic water) depending on which best suits your group. Cool box refills are available for an additional charge, just ask your chalet host.
If you are planning a family ski holiday and are exploring childcare options, then you are in the right place. Their nannies will make your holiday and spoil you with a freedom you'd forgotten existed. Enthusiastic, qualified and caring, they'll come to your chalet, look after the children, waft them effortlessly from pyjamas to piste if required, and allow you to get on with what you came for. Regrettably, they are not available to take home!
Scheduled Transfers 26/27 (Geneva Airport)
There are 4 transfers scheduled from Geneva to resort, departing Geneva at 11am/ 12:45pm/ 2:15pm (2:45pm from 28th March onwards)/ 4:55pm. Return coaches on departure day are scheduled to arrive in Geneva at 8:45am/ 10:45am/ 12pm (12:35pm from 28th March onwards)/ 2:45pm. It is recommended you arrive 2-3hrs before your flight. If you prefer, you can request an upgrade to a private transfer at a supplement cost.
