The Property

Chalet Black Wood is a luxurious yet modern chalet located in the delightful area of Les Bois within the exclusive ski resort of Chamonix. Over 167m² the combination of modern and traditional alpine design creates a tranquil and intimate space ideal for a family seeking to plan their ski holiday in France.

Set over two levels, the property communicates a warm mountain holiday feeling thanks to the use of the 'old wood' through the interior's design. On the top floor, numerous windows enlighten the living area, where a log fireplace sets a cosy atmosphere, ideal for socialising in with your family with a nice glass of wine or to warm yourself up on the sofa while reading a good book. Here a large glass door, allows you to step outside and enjoy the breathtaking landscapes of the Mont Blanc and Les Drus, offering a unique seating area where you can enjoy alfresco apéritifs with a view.

Nearby, a classy dining area, suitable for 8 guests, awaits you to enjoy evening meals with your friends and family while catching up with one another after a full day on the snow. Just opposite, a fully equipped modern kitchen is provided for the nominated cook of the group to prepare warm meals for everyone, creating a home away feeling.

If you feel like enjoying some relaxation and rejuvenation, a charming garden cabane welcomes you into a small private spa with an indoor hot tub, ideal for relaxing with a good glass of Champagne. As well as this, the wooden sauna is the perfect place for easing your aching muscles after an intensive day of skiing in Chamonix and to make sure your physical conditions are at their best for the next day on the slopes.

The use of the 'vieux bois' (black wood) is also present in the three luxurious bedrooms, following the traditional alpine design. The ground floor offers two large double bedrooms, one of which is complete of its own en-suite bathroom. Nearby, a cosy bunk bedroom can comfortably sleep up to 4 children, sharing a shower room with the second double bedroom, making the chalet perfect mountain accommodation for two small families looking to spend their luxury ski holiday in Chamonix. To meet the desires of guests, the doubles rooms can also be arranged as twins.

The chalet also offers a spacious ski room with boot warmers, where you can leave your ski equipment to dry and be ready for the following day of skiing up and down the slopes of Chamonix. There are also laundry facilities. For guests arriving with their own vehicle, Chalet Black Wood provides a double garage.

The prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with mid-stay housekeeping.
