You will feel welcomed by the main open-plan living space, found on the top floor of Chalet Etagne. Relax on the cosy sofa corner, a perfect spot for socialising over the day's activities, whilst warming to the roaring stone fireplace. Observe the nominated cook preparing the evening's speciality in front of you, in the fully-fitted kitchen, with the dining table offering a comfortable area to indulge on the tasty selection once ready, with ample seating available for your entire group. After dinner, cool off with a sip of something nice on the sizeable main balcony, enjoying the surrounding picturesque views of the village, mountain, and slopes.
Continue the post-dinner entertainment in the incredible wellness area, situated on the basement floor of this chalet. You will be able to soothe any aching muscles in the bubbles of the indoor Jacuzzi or in the warmth of the sauna, ensuring you are fully pampered and ready for the slopes the upcoming days.
In total, Chalet Etagne accommodates up to 10 adults and 2 children across its 5 bedrooms. The bedrooms exhibit a sophisticated alpine style, with refined wood interiors and soft, welcoming beds. Each bedroom features a stylish en-suite shower room, for that extra convenience. A sofa bed and bunk bed feature in 2 of the bedrooms, making this chalet ideal for a group of friends or family looking for a getaway to the heart of Courchevel Le Praz.
For convenience, Chalet Etagne comes with laundry facilities, garage parking, and its own ski room with boot warmers.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and is offered with a housekeeper for daily cleaning and breakfast preparation. Food and drinks are charged in addition.
Please note, the chalet only offers pre-arrival assistance and in-resort concierge services when you opt in to a concierge package. Should you opt in, additional services will be able to be arranged for you on request. (Package upgrades also available).
Location
Chalet Etagne occupies a prime location in the centre of the traditional village of Courchevel Le Praz, and just moments from the base of the slopes.
The chalet sits 200m away from the lifts, an approximate 3-minute walk away. Here, the Le Praz gondola brings you up the mountain to Courchevel 1850, while the Forêt chairlift can be taken to access the skiing over towards La Tania, and further on, Méribel.
Sitting in the heart of the village, you are within easy walking distance to Courchevel Le Praz's selection of local restaurants and shops. As a pedestrian, you can also ride the Le Praz gondola late into the evening, allowing you to also explore the gourmet restaurants, luxury shopping, and lively bars of Courchevel 1850.

At this luxury property, a concierge service is available on an opt-in basis. Should you wish for some form of pre-arrival and in-resort assistance, there are three levels of services available to you:
The Snow Pass covers your ski essentials, including the organisation of ski passes delivered to your accommodation and ski equipment hire for the duration of your holiday.
The Booking Pass includes everything that the Snow Pass does, with further assistance in booking numerous activities. From restaurant reservations on the mountain and in resort, to all important ski lessons for members of your party, and the organisation of grocery and bakery deliveries, the Booking Pass will have you covered. The team will also help with transfers to and from resort, arranging childcare for families with children, and booking of other non-skiing activities.
The most comprehensive option, the Serenity Pass, covers the first two passes alongside any additional chalet services. Catering options such as meal deliveries, private chefs, and butler services, as well as private transport options during your holiday can be arranged with the Serenity Pass.
Please note, additional cleaning services can be added without the need for any of the passes. The concierge passes allow for assistance with these services, but extra charges for these additional services will still apply. You can opt-in to or upgrade the concierge services at any time before or during your holiday, but for the optimum assistance, it is recommended you do so at the time of booking, so your in-resort team can best meet your requirements.
