The Property

Carré Blanc Penthouse is a luxury five-bedroom duplex property in the heart of Courchevel Village. Sleeping up to eleven guests, this 185m² penthouse is a brilliant escape for families and friends looking for a luxury ski holiday in the Three Valleys.

On the lower floor of Carré Blanc Penthouse, you'll find the chic open-plan living and dining area. Hard wood floors and ceilings are showcased throughout the penthouse, along with a feature stone wall that adds natural beauty and elegance. The homely lounge area has sumptuous sofas and armchairs that sit beside glass doors, basking in natural light and affording stunning views of the Courchevel valley. There's also a TV for a relaxing evening watching a family favourite film. Delicious meals bring everyone around the stylish dinner table surrounded by beautifully upholstered chairs. Through large sliding doors is the fully equipped kitchen, finished to an incredibly high standard, with marble tiled flooring and a dazzling white worktop, it's a cook's dream kitchen.

Climb the spiral glass staircase to a mezzanine space with a glass bottom floor letting you see down to the living space below. Two armchairs and a small coffee table sit here to make a lovely reading nook with a stunning view out of the vaulted windows.

Carré Blanc Penthouse's welcoming and warm bedrooms are draped with fluffy blankets and soft mattresses, ensuring a sound sleep throughout your stay. All the bedrooms are en-suite, giving guests that extra bit of privacy. On the lower floor there are three bedrooms all with access to shared balconies, two of the rooms are doubles and one is a double/twin. On the top floor there is one more double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a children's dormitory room with three single beds and an en-suite shower room.

When staying in Carré Blanc Penthouse, you will also have access to the shared facilities of the residence building. All guests have free access to the fitness room, with multiple cardio and weight machines to work out on. You can also access a sauna and treatment room, for an additional fee, where you can ease your tired ski legs or enjoy therapeutic treatments.

For additional convenience, all floors of the Carré Blanc residence have elevator access to them. Guests will be able to store their snowsports equipment in ski lockers, and the apartment offers one parking space in the Carré Blanc Residence's underground garage.
