Featuring a collection of 18 apartments and 4 penthouses, the residence is a great option for families and friends, within an easy 5-minute walk from the slopes and everything you could need on a luxury ski holiday in Les Gets. Across 230m², Kinabalu Penthouse 33 is a stunning duplex property that's perfect for families of 12-16 guests, and even features its own private wellness facilities.

Kinabalu Penthouse 33's open-plan living area exudes alpine grandeur, with soaring vaulted ceilings creating a sophisticated atmosphere. The design blends classical chalet charm with modern flair, combining wood and stone textures with a neutral palette and contemporary furnishings. One side features a cosy TV lounge beside a crackling fireplace — perfect for relaxing and catching up after a day on the slopes. On the other, a panoramic window wall frames stunning views of Les Gets in winter, leading out to the balcony. A large wooden dining table sets the scene for elegant dinners, paired with a sleek corner kitchen. The table seats 12 adults comfortably, with a breakfast island offering four additional seats for the children.

Kinabalu Penthouse 33 has a selection of covered outdoor balconies for guests to fully appreciate their surroundings, in view of the slopes and snow-topped mountains. One of these balconies is situated on the property's lower floor, accessed via a shared bathroom from two bedrooms, and features an outdoor hot tub. Sure to impress, its warming bubbles welcome tired ski muscles following a long day skiing in the Portes du Soleil.

In total, Kinabalu Penthouse 33 offers five double rooms, one twin, and a children's bunk room, accommodating up to 12 adults and 4 children. Each bedroom is designed as a private retreat, featuring dark aged woods, neutral tones, and modern furnishings for a restful night's sleep. Several rooms include private en-suites, while others share bathrooms. For additional luxury, some rooms offer access to private balconies. On the lower floor, two rooms — including a children's quad bunk room ideal for families — share a bathroom that opens onto a balcony with the chalet's outdoor hot tub.

Guests staying at Kinabalu Penthouse 33 also benefit from access to a ski and equipment rental shop, Annaski, and ski lockers with boot warmers to store any equipment. Kinabalu Lodge Residence's guests also have access to the two on-site restaurants, La Bokka and Vina Annapurna, to replenish well-earned post-ski appetites. In addition, each accommodation comes with an underground parking space.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the penthouse for up to 16 guests and is offered on a bed and breakfast basis, to include daily breakfast delivery and daily housekeeping.

The apartments are also available on a self-catered basis with mid-stay cleaning.
