The Property

Located in the heart of Les Gets, Kinabalu Lodge Residence offers an incredible array of luxury ski accommodation partnered with high-end facilities and service, for a ski holiday in the Portes du Soleil. Featuring a collection of 18 apartments and 4 penthouses, the residence poses a great option for families and friends, within an easy 5-minute walk from the slopes and everything you could need on a luxury ski holiday in Les Gets. Spanning 181m², Kinabalu Penthouse 34 showcases a refined alpine style to comfortably accommodate for 12 guests across six bedrooms and open-plan interiors.

Set over two floors, Kinabalu Penthouse 34's main living area lies on the property's lower floor, decorated in a contemporary alpine design. High vaulted wooden ceilings and a multitude of windows help to establish a light and airy ambience, that's perfect for unwinding in after day skiing in Les Gets. Splashes of colour, from modern furnishings and artwork, add character to the otherwise elegant white interiors. A central, wood-burning fireplace separates the sofa lounge space and kitchen-dining area, whilst adding warmth to the room. Relax on the sumptuous royal blue sofas, in front of the TV, before heading to the large square dining table for evening meals. The table comfortably seats the entire group, under intricate hanging lights, and sits adjacent to the sleek, roomy kitchen, complete with a breakfast island, for meal preparations. Following mealtimes, there's space on the landing upstairs for children to play under slanted ceilings, whilst the adults continue conversation and drinks around the table.

Leading out from the main living area of Kinabalu Penthouse 34 lies a couple of covered balconies. Each one has been furnished, with chairs, a table and swinging egg chair, suitable for guests wishing to enjoy an alfresco drink in view of the snow-topped scenery that surrounds the residence.

Kinabalu Lodge Penthouse 34's six double bedrooms are equally split between the property's two floors, sleeping 12 guests in total. Each bedroom offers a stylish mountain haven to return to at the end of a long ski day, decorated with classical wooden cladding, light white walls and homely soft furnishings, for complete comfort. For additional luxury, half of the bedrooms enjoy access to balconies, allowing guests to begin and end their days out in the fresh mountain air. All, but one, of the rooms benefit from elegant en-suite facilities for privacy and convenience.

Guests staying at Kinabalu Penthouse 34 also benefit from access to a ski and equipment rental shop, Annaski, and ski lockers with boot warmers to store any equipment. Kinabalu Lodge Residence's guests also have access to the two on-site restaurants, La Bokka and Vina Annapurna, to replenish well-earned post-ski appetites. In addition, each accommodation comes with an underground parking space.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the penthouse for up to 12 guests and is offered on a bed and breakfast basis, to include daily breakfast delivery and daily housekeeping.

The apartments are also available on a self-catered basis with mid-stay cleaning.
