The Property
La Ferme Cristal was originally a farmhouse dating back to 1869 and recently rebuilt maintaing its character and charm. With approximately 550m² the chalet welcomes up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms. There is also the option to sleep a further 6 guests in the chalet next door.
The main entrance at garden level welcomes you into a living area with terrace. There is a wine cellar and beautifull wellness area with hammam, steam room and massage room. Not forgetting the outdoor jacuzzi comfortably entertaining 8 guests. This floor has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The first floor boasts 150m² of further open plan living space. There is a well equipped kitchen with bar area, dining for up to 16 guests, a large living area with fireplace and south-facing balcony, perfect for catching the last of the days sunshine. Three en-suite bedrooms can be found on this floor also.
Upstairs, the Mezzanine has been converted to be used as a further lounge or games room.
There is a guest chalet next door that can be taken for larger parties. Approximately 100m² and consisting of 3 double bedrooms, this is also where the ski room can be found with boots and gloves dryer. There is plenty of parking for all guests and a garden around the farmhouse.
Price is based on exclusive use of the chalet on a self catered basis.

Located in Praz sur Arly, next to Megève. Just two minutes (400m) from the Praz ski slopes and 5mins drive from the village centre.
