This beautiful, traditional chalet, situated in its own secluded orchards, offers groups a relaxing retreat to an exclusive, remote location. Comprising 2 buildings, the main chalet and smaller adjacent Chalet India, Chalet Iona presents the perfect quiet ski holiday for large groups of friends or extended family!
You will be welcomed into the elegant, open-plan living/dining area, found on the top floor of this chalet. Relax under the high-ceiling, exposed wooden beams, creating ample space for the whole group to be entertained. After a long day on the slopes, huddle around the suspended wood-burning fireplace, to warm your toes whilst catching up over the day's activities. If the heat of the fire ever becomes too much, venture out onto the balconies to capture a closer look at the snowy mountain regions surrounding you.
In the evening, enjoy the speciality prepared by your private chef, comfortably seated on the hand-made oak dining table. In the perfect window position, you will be able to indulge on the evening's delicacy in front of the breathtaking panoramic views of the picturesque valley and villages. If any guest wishes to test out their own culinary skills in their chef's absence, the modern open kitchen offers a place to do so. The breakfast bar, adjacent to the kitchen, provides the perfect start to a day's skiing.
For the evening's entertainment, immerse yourself in the welcoming bubbles of the outdoor hot tub, to soothe and rejuvenate any aching muscles after a hard day's skiing. Alternatively, head inside to the chalet's sauna to finish your recovery session.
At the end of the night, watch the latest blockbuster movie under blankets in the TV snug - the perfect way to end the day ready for the same tomorrow!
Chalet Iona is made up of the main chalet building and Chalet India. The main chalet is compromised of three master rooms and two further doubles; one of the master bedrooms also has a set of bunk beds, suitable for sleeping adults or children, ideally used as a family suite. Chalet India sleeps up to 3 guests, in a king-size double mezzanine bedroom and single bed, presenting a private space suitable for extended family members.
The chalet has outdoor parking, laundry facilities, and a ski room with boot warmers.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for 10 adult guests and includes full gourmet catering for 5 nights, open bar and in-resort driver service. Up to five extra guests can be accommodated on request. Empty bed and child discounts will apply, please enquire for details.
This chalet can also be taken on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping, an in resort driver service and complimentary soft drinks, please enquire.
